In my opinion, the best time to go and walk around the gardens is on a warm day. You can feel the heat and take beautiful pictures like the ones shown above 👆 It’s been a year since I was there, but I can recall the festival didn’t have that many food vendors. I recommend eating before because it wouldn’t be good to walk around on an empty stomach :)

Nice easy walking place to view the flowers and breathe in the fresh air. Good place for your morning walks and ample parking spaces. Easier to reach if you are self-driving.
