🧳Address: M9PJ+98H International Airport, Access Road, Kalibo, 5600 Aklan, Philippines
👍The most important thing about Kalibo Airport is that there is a terminal fee.
I know that all airports in the Philippines require a terminal fee, but Kalibo Airport in Boracay charges 784 pesos (17,500 won). They don't accept credit cards, only cash, so you have to prepare it in advance. We also spent money without thinking, but my husband mentioned the terminal fee, so we hurriedly prepared cash.
Also, on the 2nd floor of Kalibo Airport, there is a duty-free shop, 888 cafe & smoking lounge, and souvenir shops that sell dried mangoes, dried bananas, etc.
We didn't know about it, so we couldn't eat it, but on the 2nd floor of the duty-free area of Kalibo Airport, they sell Yukgaejang Bowl Noodles for 100 pesos (2,300 won). We also had breakfast, but we couldn't eat because we didn't have any cash, and the smell was so horrible that it was hard to endure. 👍Everyone, make sure to bring 100 pesos in cash and buy a bowl of Yukgaejang noodles for 100 pesos on the 2nd floor of the Kalibo Airport terminal~
