Mt Kosciuszko Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Just sit and watch the world go by
Illawong walk is a gorgeous 5km return walk through Kosciuszko National Park. It begins in the charming Guthega Village and follows along Snowy River Valley through alpine heath and towering, majestic snow gums, all the way up to Illawong Hut, one of the oldest buildings still standing in the park.
Walk or swim in the cooling waters of Snowy River when the weather is hot, or picnic among the wildflowers of alpine mint, billy buttons, and native yam daisies, just to name a few.
If you’re a keen birdwatcher be sure to pack your bincoculars. As well as the native birds you’re likely to spot here, including crimson rosellas and gang gang cockatoos, you’re also likely to see interesting native wildlife, including mountain and Kosciuszko thermocolour grasshoppers, wombats, and echidnas.#tripblazers #australia #kosciuszko

Shout G'day, the Australian surprise journey has begun.
🖼Australia, located between the South Pacific and Indian Oceans, consists of the Australian mainland, Tasmania, other islands, and overseas territories. Due to minimal plate movement, it has formed towering landscapes, and the geological age of the mountainous plateaus within the continent is also very ancient, making for rich tourist resources. From the tropical rainforests in the north to the desert landscapes in the central west, and then to the urban scenery and sunny beaches along the southeast coast.
❤The coastal scenery of Australia is its most attractive feature for tourists, with seascapes and beaches in coastal areas throughout the country. Whether it's the Pacific Ocean in the east or the Indian Ocean in the west; the urban coastal scenery of Sydney and Melbourne, as well as the sunny beaches of the Gold Coast, or the seascapes along the Great Ocean Road, all are the best travel destinations in Australia.
👍In the winter of the Southern Hemisphere, the beautiful scenery of Australia is even more prominent! The Snowy Mountains in the southeast of New South Wales are the highest mountain range in Australia, with an altitude of 2228 meters. Mount Kosciuszko is covered with white snow, with snow all year round. Below the mountain is a quiet, uninhabited area, and driving in the Campbell Port National Park, you can see the wave-sculpted rock layers and the majestic Twelve Apostles standing in the sea, especially during sunset. Standing on the viewing platform and looking at the sea and sky in the distance, it's too beautiful.
🌟Circling around Australia, whether it's going to Brisbane to see the starlight trees, crossing the heart of Australia to see the starry sky in Uluru National Park, or looking at the Martian landscapes in Coober Pedy and feeling the garden city in the capital Canberra, you will eventually return to Sydney, to see this oldest, most prosperous, and most colorful city, leaving behind the twilight scene of the Sydney Opera House.

This is The Twelve Apostles Marine National Park located in Victoria, Australia. It is along the Great Ocean Road~ It is a collection of limestone stacks off the shore. Although not all twelve are there, the view is still astonishingly beautiful! I could just chill in the park all day with this stunning view. It would’ve been perfect if we’ve caught the sunset~ 🥹
I wish I could visit more places with stunning ocean views

Although the 12th disciple stone of the most essential landmark of the Great Ocean Road is located in Port Campbell National Park, it is a pity that few tourists will choose to stay in this small town. In fact, it is not only a scenic spot, but also worth staying for one night, and feel the beautiful sunset of the Great Ocean Road.
During the day, the peak of tourists is still crowded and noisy, and it is not suitable for taking pictures.
The best time to visit the 12 disciples is actually two hours after sunrise and two hours before sunset, both to avoid a large number of group visitors, but also to capture the most beautiful sunrise and sunset. Therefore, Port Campbell has become a perfect destination for self-driving tourists. Living in the town, it is only ten kilometers away from the sights, and it is easy to reach both sunrise and sunset.
In addition, the port itself is also a beautiful place to enjoy the sunset. After the locals get off work, they like to come to the port to sit down, blowing a beer and drinking beer, which is simply a picture of longing for life.
Port Campbell is the quintessence of the Great Ocean Road, a collection of architectures that are naturally piled up by limestone and sandstone, including Gibsons Steps, The Grotto, London Bridge, Arches, Twelve Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge. The scenic spots are not far apart, and it is very convenient to drive all the way. When you see a variety of stones, you may not feel so shocked. But when the mood along the way is the most precious part of this trip. You can see the seascapes in different areas. They come in different colors and different forms, and they are all played and displayed here.
If you ask the hair on the Great Ocean Road, the photos taken are not enough to describe. It is the shock and emotion that you see after you see it. The sea, the sun, the waves of the waves, the freedom of the seagulls flying. It is a road full of possibilities. Here, you listen to all kinds of waves, smell the different seas, and feel the different temperatures that kelp gives you.
Sydney Opera House Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Jun)
Night stroll at Sydney Harbour 🚶🌕
As the city winds down and you are feeling full from your dinner, what can you do in Sydney? Take a night stroll to the Sydney Opera House!
If you visit it at night, you can see the ever changing light projection on the iconic sails of the opera house glow softly against the dark sky. It really casts a magical aura over the surroundings.
As I strolled along the waterfront, the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore provided a soothing backdrop to the twinkling lights of the city skyline. Every corner I turned revealed a new perspective of this architectural marvel.
Looking across the harbour, you will also be able to catch the light projections on the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge as well. Pausing to take in the view, I felt a sense of relaxation wash over me, as if the world had slowed down just for that moment. It was a fantastic chance to appreciate the grandeur of one of the Sydney’s most famous landmarks in the cool autumn night.

Sydney Opera House
My visit to the iconic Sydney Opera House was a dream come true. As I walked up to the beautiful white sails rising from the water, I was struck by the building's grace and grandeur. Wow, I cannot believe I was really here. Inside, I was awe-inspired by the concert hall's vaulted ceilings and mesmerizing acoustics. These are truly one of a kind. Though the tour was brief, marveling at the Opera House's history and design left me with a deeper appreciation for this architectural wonder. I left feeling inspired and grateful to have seen this magnificent structure in person. I will surely come back to this place in the near future.

Rocky Plain Campground
#australiatrip Wonderful little campground, especially if you’re on horseback. Looks like a 4wd track from the road, but it’s easily accessible by 2wd in good weather. Plenty of open spaces to camp away from other visitors, two clean and well-maintained toilets, and an excellent location near the Yarrangobilly Caves area of the NP. We had absolutely beautiful views of the sky at night, and only drove a few minutes out and saw wild brumbies.
