Oatlands i
Oatlands is one of those tiny Tasmanian towns you don’t expect much from… and then it completely charms you. Think quiet streets, heritage buildings, and that slow, old-world pace that makes you want to linger. Callington Mill is the heart of it all — beautifully restored, surprisingly fascinating, and a perfect excuse to slow down, grab a coffee, and imagine what life was like back then. It’s an easy stop, but one that feels grounding and unexpectedly lovely. Perfect if you’re craving something calm, historic, and very Tasmanian.
