It was a beautiful and manageable hike from the city center of Perth to the hill. It was an amazing hike to spend with friends and enjoy the nice scenery, even though the journey was slightly difficult due to the incline and the on-and-off drizzling. Perth is a nice place to have a short getaway from the busy city center. It is not very well known, but it has some amazing tourist attractions, including the hiking hill!

Took this stunning view of Perth while walking along the bridge. Love the walks in summer, nice park to have a stroll which you’ll see when you walk across the bridge. Lovely during sunset. Little wee town but just love it! Also visited a strawberry cafe nearby in Perth where the owner has a strawberry farm and went to the theatre and museum too! Found the museum very interesting!! As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was captivated by its spacious and bright ambiance. At the front desk, the staff enthusiastically introduced the hotel's various facilities and services. They even offered the flexibility to adjust room types based on our needs, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel's service is another highlight. 🌻Perth is delicate and full of profound historical sense. The low buildings are nestled together. There are several times when the navigation signs need to pass through a row of houses, and only when you get close, you will find a small alley that only one person can pass through. The entire city's architectural planning is well-organized, it really is a treasure city.

🎄Located on the right bank of the River Tay, the quiet Perth is full of authentic Scottish style. The Perth Museum here is one of the oldest existing museums in the UK (Figures 9-11), with a collection of up to 500,000 items. 🎄There are several fun towns around Perth, the most famous of which is Scone Palace. In the UK nearly 1000 years ago, it was the palace where the Scottish king was crowned. There are also Comrie, Crieff, and Dunkeld. All are worth a visit. Nice staff and dinner was nice but breakfast was poor and you helped yourself from it laid out in hall. Rooms were outdated and cobwebs everywhere. Windows in main house we're filthy and couldn't see out in sunlight. Furniture outside was dirty and looked as if it would fall to pieces. Clearly hanging on for dear life before demolition. Sad old hotel that was once excellent. Would never stay again and would suggest unless you are over 70 and going back for a trip down memory lane you avoid it at all cost. They sell red wine at £34 a bottle which has a screw top! Pretentious but naff. Sorry Ballathie, I would have asked for a discount but feel sorry for the staff who are clearly embarrassed. We stayed in Sports man Lodge. It is a separate building from the main one so get the key and then drive there would be the best option. The room is spacious, clean and with all the accessories we need, like hair dryer and mirrors. The floor is a bit squeaky and the design of the room is old fashion. But this isn’t our top priority because it is very quiet at night and we had a great night of sleep. We had the breakfast included and it is the best thing of the hotel out of all amazing features! The food was served as a Buffett style but the quality of the food is great! I love the bacon, pork sausage and the scramble egg. It is so tasty and the scrambled egg is super smooth and soft. They also serve good coffee and fresh fruits for breakfast. All Staff are very attentive and make you feel like at home. After the breakfast, we spent some time exploring the back garden of the hotel and had a walk along the lake.

The whole town is distributed in a network, the low-rise buildings are closely intertwined with each other, and the streets are not wide. It seems that it is specially prepared for pedestrians without leaving any room for the cars. The shops on both sides of the street are row upon row and the goods are varied. Walking in the meantime, but not crowded and noisy, but simple and quiet, full of human fireworks. There is the Perth Museum, one of the oldest museums in the UK, the 110-year-old Greek-style town hall, and the majestic St. John's Church, which is more than 800 years old.
