#2024 Travel Review The Ho Tram district of Vietnam is in the seaside area more than 2 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh City. There are plenty of hotels as well as public beaches. Many locals drive to Stanley Reservoir for a while, just like ours to Stanley Reservoir. The special thing is that there are fishermen's boats docked as vendors selling the same day's catch, which is very fresh. Behind the seafood market, you can swim while eating seafood. The rental price of chairs here is VND 50,000/piece. There are also restaurants where you can sit comfortably. There are showers at the beach and clean toilets. The freshwater bathing area is a bit small, and you need to queue up, bathing water is sold by the barrel... So as a tourist it is appropriate to stay at the Ho Tram hotel and then call a car to eat seafood.

There are free buses running twice a day. The room rate including breakfast on a weekday was definitely less than 1,000 yuan. I used the suite upgrade voucher, so I got a 500-square-foot suite. The most important thing is that the hotel has a private beach. It is really beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning! Highly recommended! But compared with Vung Tau or Nha Trang, this place is relatively small, but the most important thing for an all-female group tour is strict security and safety. The food here is ok, the interior design of the hotel rooms is indeed novel, and I stayed in a superior sea view room with an ocean style, blue and white, and light wood color. The pillows and quilts are comfortable, and the bathtub is big and long enough to soak in every day. There are a wide range of recreational facilities, including casinos, bars, spas, cinemas, children's clubs, water parks, 10 different types of restaurants, golf courses, shops, etc. There are many options for breakfast, but few other dining options on weekends. There are small shops but no supermarkets nearby. The staff are polite and willing to help call a taxi. The service is thoughtful and communicative. It is worth recommending!

#Great Places in October 2024 Some people call Ho Tram in Vietnam Ho Tram, either river or Haozhuang. It is a relatively newly developed seaside area. The InterContinental Resort has a complete range of recreational facilities, including entertainment venues, bars, spas, cinemas, children's clubs, water amusement parks, 10 different types of restaurants, golf courses, shops, etc. It is very similar to the resort in Da Nang. Although it has a history of ten years, there are fewer choices in the surrounding area compared to newer developments. The most important thing is that the store has a private beach. It's really beautiful to get up in the morning and watch the sunrise! Highly recommended! But compared with Vung Tau or Nha Trang, this is a small resort. The dining here is OK, but the interior of the hotel room is indeed not new. I stayed in a superior side sea view room with French luxury style and lots of wooden furniture. It's a bit humid offshore, but the pillows and quilts are comfortable. The staff are courteous. It takes more than 2 hours to drive here from Ho Chi Minh City. The bus is free. The price is free and includes breakfast for 1,000 yuan. I feel that this place is really great! Worth recommending!

#Special hotel stay event Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Melia Ho Cham during the Chuseok holiday! I went there with my mom and she loved it so much. The food and drinks at the restaurant inside the resort are so delicious that you don't have to go out to eat! If you go with your parents who love swimming, they'll really like it. The pool is quite deep! The children's pool is also very well-made, so it's perfect for a family trip. Meliá is famous in Vietnam,,🫢 There's also a famous Meliá resort in Ho Tram, which is about a two-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City! The reason I knew about Ho Tram was because of Meliá,,🫶🏻🩵 I had high expectations and it was really great. The ocean view two-bedroom was really spacious and nice, and the swimming pool was beautiful with its blue color, and there was even a private beach! If you come to Ho Chi Minh City, please visit Ho Tram as well as Mui Ne!🥰 Not many Koreans there haha I paid 250,000 won per night😍

#beachvacations Very nice stay here, hotel provide a free shuttle bus from Ho Chi Minh City and it is comfortable. Also hotel has a huge pool that face to the beach. This time we stay in a sea view suite, and has a nice terrace. I love the local cuisine at breakfast and dinner time. Then hotel has very nice gym good for a stay! Good to have a new year gathering with your friends here.

The breakfast area is at the hotel tower block. The spread consists of local and international food. The local spread includes noodle soup, some streetfood. International spread is impressive with tons of bread and different kinds of pastry. They do have porridge if you are looking for something lighter. What impresses me the most is a special section dedicating to their brand’s country-Spain. Though the section is small, it is cool to introduce Spanish cuisine in a Vietnam resort.

I highly recommend to book the Level Villa in Melia Ho Tram as it comes with many exclusive perks like private check-in at their dedication lounge. You have free access to the lounge at any time of the day for cookies, nuts and drinks. Alcohol is included as well. For daily 3pm - 5pm, guests from the Level Villa are invited to free Happy Hour at the Level Pool and the drinks are fantastic. Do check out the timing and register in advance. Room: This resort is pretty new with hotel and villas in the whole complex. Most of the hotel rooms are beach facing so we have a fantastic view of the ocean and the beautiful landscape around here. Address - Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort Ho Tram is about 2-hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City. The resort does provide 2-way shuttle bus from District 2 to Ho Tram. After making the booking, you just need to provide the resort your booking reference and the number of people travelling. Our room faced the sea and the view is wonderful. We can catch both sunset and sunrise from our room’s balcony. The view from the resort is excellent as there is a lot of greenery surrounding. The resort has a lot of activities for kids (movie night, game room) and for adults (morning yoga, cycling). You can borrow the bicycles and ride around the resort. Breakfast is excellent too. I would definitely come back here again. Rating - 4.5/5

Ho Tram is quite beautiful and quiet, not crowded, here I can slow down, enjoy peaceful moments with family and relatives. More than 100 km from Ho Chi Minh City, very convenient for the weekend. Will come back many more times.

While planning my trip to Vietnam this time, I found that Nha Trang has too many Korean tourists, and everything there feels quite similar. Plus, I couldn't find any decent accommodations, so after much deliberation, I decided to book at Melia Ho Tram, which is right next to Vung Tau! I reserved a beachfront villa for two nights at $80. Some of you might think it's expensive, but let me explain. During the same period, the relatively decent accommodations in Nha Trang were priced at $40–50 per night. If you book a beachfront villa, you get a private pool, and food and drinks are continuously free. I made the most of it, especially with the drinks! They also lend bicycles for you to ride around, and I even visited the zoo using one of them. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to go!
