Compared to the hustle and bustle of the downtown beach, this place is quieter and more comfortable, and the prices are surprisingly affordable! Drinking juice by the pool, lying down to read a book, and being blown by the wind until you almost fall asleep is so comfortable~ The schedule was tight and I could only sleep for a few hours, but as soon as I lay down, I was healed by the soft mattress and clean air conditioning. I didn’t want to check out the next day. It's not near the sea, but there are convenience stores and gourmet food shops within walking distance, and it's also very convenient to take a tricycle. Do you want to plan a trip with no itinerary and just relax? Why not try Bohol Island in the Philippines! Bohol Island is filled with resorts, catering to all budgets. This time, I intentionally stayed at both a cheap and an expensive resort to experience a completely unplanned relaxing trip. Every day, I woke up naturally (personal opinion: don't book breakfast at Philippine hotels, it's more worth it to sleep in 🤭), took a walk by the beach, got a massage, and enjoyed local restaurant delicacies, thoroughly relaxing my body and mind! On the day I was leaving Bohol Island, since I don't do water activities, I thought I could join a land day tour. I booked a car to see the tarsiers and Chocolate Hills, which was a nice way to check off some sightseeing spots!

The shopping center doesn't have many stores: about 10 restaurants, a convenience store, and a currency exchange (the exchange rate is not as good as at Manila Airport). We recommend the ice cream from Buzz Cafe by Bohol Bee Farm, which is natural, cheap, and delicious! The white sand beach outside the shopping center is maintained by the neighboring Modala Beach Resort. It's very clean, the sand is fine, and it's comfortable to walk barefoot! There are very few tourists, so you can leisurely stroll and take photos. When leaving the shopping center, if there are no tuk-tuks available, you can ask the security guard to contact nearby drivers to pick you up.

This is my third trip to Bohol, and this time I stayed at the newly built #Henan Premier Coast Resort. First of all, it was nice because it was a new building, so it was clean. There was one swimming pool on the first floor and one on the rooftop on the fourth floor. The pool and rooms on the first floor were connected, so there were a lot of travelers with children, so we played at the rooftop pool on the fourth floor, and we had a lot of fun. 🤍Coastal View 🤍Island, Anos Fonacier Circumferential Rd, Panglao, 6300 Bohol, Philippines I recommend Coastal View accommodation, which was incredibly cheap! The road up may seem a bit far from the city and shabby, but the interior was clean because it had just opened, and the pool was pretty! It was especially nice because there weren't many people, and the 2nd floor pool had a 3m pool, so it was nice to dive and play When I said I couldn't eat breakfast because of the early morning tour, they even prepared toast for me I recommend Coastal View accommodation, which is cost-effective 😋 #Overseas travel

Some great restaurants in the area. The mall was recently built just before COVID, so unfortunately the upper levels are still desolate and empty, but there's a great bubble tea shop and a few good restaurants below. The beach is very quiet and calm, very few people, and very clean. Definitely a good location to be compared to Adona beach if you prefer a bit more seclusion

As you can see in the picture, the deluxe room has a double bed and a single king bed, so it's perfect for 3 people! The premier room is similar in size, but the view is a little better and a bathtub is provided. It's a hot country, but it's still nice to take a bath.`` You can get as many beach towels as you want with the towel card you receive when you check in! Henan Resort is the most convenient during your trip to Bohol. It has a large swimming pool and good access to Alona Beach. The building is a bit old, but it has about 100 rooms, which is nice. Definitely one of my favorite places when visiting Pangalo in the beautiful province of Bohol, the land of the brave people as what the Boholanos claim. You can kayak all you want, yes you read that right! It’s unlimited! You can also take a dip either on the pool or at the beach. It has access to the beach fronting the resprt. Wait for the magnificent sun to set for a romantic setting. The food is great at and the prices are so reasonable. You’ll definitely want to extend your stay for a few days or even a week. Holidays are better spent by the beach, do you agree with me?
