Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel very comfortable. Although the layout of the room is not large, it is designed very reasonably and has a warm feeling. Worth a mention is the rooftop bar, which offers great views of New York City and is perfect for happy hour in the evening. The room is really small but complete. It is indeed not big, probably less than 100 square feet, but it has everything you need! The facilities are very modern including comfortable beds, strong shower pressure etc. And the room is very clean, every time I return to the room I feel very comfortable. The only drawback may be the lack of storage space, which may seem a bit crowded if you have a lot of luggage. The Soho location is definitely a plus for this hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of many famous New York attractions, such as the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and the Empire State Building. There are also many great restaurants nearby, such as Petite Boucherie and Piccola Cucina Estiatorio, so you can go downstairs and try some new food at any time. In addition, New York Grand Central Station and the Broadway Theater District are not far away, making it a great place to plan a day of shopping and theater watching. Of course, living here is not entirely without problems. It is a pity that the room is small, especially for those who like large spaces.
