#2024wish Balangan Beach in Uluwatu felt like a secret paradise as I was brought there by a local friend. I fostered an adorable fox-looking dog and decided to bring her to the beach with me. It's her first time doing things outside her daily life. As we arrived, the soft sand and gentle waves were perfect for relaxing or trying a bit of surfing. It wasn't too crowded, so I could really chill with my dog. Getting there was easy by bike or car, and even better - they welcomed dogs at the restaurants! Do note the season you are going to the beach as there might be rubbish and debris on the shore. When I visited, it was a clean and pristine beach. The cliffs and cute shops added a cool vibe, making Balangan Beach super memorable for me. I would wish to go London to visit their historic and culture sites. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes along the beach, as well as a few hotels to stay in. Usually, the taxi drivers will drop you off at a parking area near the main road, and you will then need to walk about 100 meters down to the beach on a rough road. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas for about $6 a day each. It’s a fairly nice beach to visit, and a good beach for surfing, but we have definitely visited nicer beaches in Bali. Plan on a late afternoon trip to take in some sun, and eat dinner while watching the sunset.

They are everywhere in this little village and it is in addition a perfect place for sunset. Balangan Beach 🌴🏄♀️☀️ ☕️🥗 Jimmy Cafe - Amazing place for breakfast with very good breakfast menu and the coffee was one of the better in I have had by the beach. We had a relaxing morning here followed by some cocktails under an umbrella at their beach spot. 🥘 Warung - local restaurant at the beach. Perfect place for drinking coconuts and looking at the surfers 🏄♀️ 🍕Tara Belle - the best pizza in the nearby area. We drove to get there. We tried pepperoni and pizza with pumpkin and feta cheese, that one was amazing. 🏩 - Bombora - fantastic location very close to the beach and from the swimming pool you can see the ocean. We had a family room and it was one of the better experiences in Bali. Very clean and nice. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay near Balangan. 🌅 Sunset - Balangan beach is perfect for watching sunset. When the tide is low you can walk pretty far around the corner of the cliff. First time coming here, I never knew there was a cliff photo spot; usually, I just head straight to the beach. The access is very easy to pass with the asphalt road that is already smooth. I often get an incredibly beautiful sunset moment, the sky is so brilliant and the sound of the waves is melodious. #beachlife Wide white sand beach on Kuta Selatan's west coast, facing a beautiful view of Badung, Tabanan and Jembrana, and the occasional planes heading in and out of Ngurah Rai to the north. Entry per scooter was Rp10K when I visited, plenty of parking and spots to grab a bite or a cheeky Bintang. Only a few peddlers, but mostly chill and not aggresive. Best times to visit seem to be before 10.00 or after 15.00, especially for those looking to surf as the waves build up during that time.
