From Day to night at Belvedere Palace ☀️🌚
Located in beautiful Vienna (Austria) definitely one of the must visit places! 💯
I took a long walk from Vienna City Center and enjoy the whole walk. Walking here is lovely as the Belvedere is located on a small slope over the city and while climbing up you will go through some impressive gardens with a large pond in which you could see a reflection of the sky and the palace. (As shown in my cover photo)
The Belvedere Palace is one of the best examples of baroque architecture in Europe which also serve as a museum.
If you’re a Artsy person, and asking if it’s worth visiting:
The Belvedere is not only a magnificent Baroque palace but also houses one of Austria's most valuable art collections – with key works by Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele and Oskar Kokoschka.

The Belvedere is not only a magnificent Baroque palace but also houses one of Austria's most valuable art collections – with key works by Gustav Klimt, Egon Schiele and Oskar Kokoschka.
Klimt's "The Kiss" in particular is world-famous. The 180 x 180 cm painting was created in 1908/09 and shows Klimt and his friend Emilie Flöge as a couple in love. "The Kiss" is probably Austria's most famous work of art. Klimt's portraits of women also impress and be marveled at in the Upper Belvedere.
If you love art collection, it is definitely worth to see it. Personally, I really enjoyed the time spent here, especially with friends. Talking about art and taking pictures.

Schönbrunn Palace Christmas markets, Vienna
#christmastrip
#christmastrip #freehotelstay
As you might expect from stately Vienna, its Christmas markets tend to err on the grandiose side.
From the boutique jewellery and ceramics stalls that cluster in the Baroque shadow of Belvedere Palace, to the imperial pomp of the Schönbrunn Palace, which captures the senses with its jazz concerts, gallons of spiced weihnachtspunsch (a local take on glühwein) and some 80 stalls huddled under the auspices of the Habsburg’s former summer retreat - the city of Mozart hits all the right notes.
Market dates: 17 November to 23 December 2023 at Belvedere Palace and 18 November 2023 to 4 January 2024 at Schönbrunn Palace.

Inside the Belvedere is the largest collection of Austrian icon Gustav Klimt's artwork, which draws tourists from all over the world with masterpieces like Judith and The Kiss. Klimt's "The Kiss" in particular is world-famous. The 180 x 180 cm painting was created in 1908/09 and shows Klimt and his muse Emilie Flöge as a couple, in love. Klimt's portraits of women also impress and are to be marveled at in the Upper Belvedere. Historical Palace
Belvedere Castle in Vienna, Austria, is a stunning Baroque masterpiece built in the 18th century. Designed by architect Johann Lukas von Hildebrandt, it comprises two magnificent palaces: the Upper and Lower Belvedere. The Upper Belvedere, with its grandiose facade and opulent interiors, once served as a residence for Prince Eugene of Savoy. The Lower Belvedere, equally impressive, was a guesthouse and Orangery.
Between them lies a beautifully landscaped garden adorned with sculptures, fountains, and cascades, offering breathtaking views of Vienna. Notably, the Belvedere houses an exceptional art collection, including Gustav Klimt's "The Kiss." Today, it stands as a symbol of Austrian culture, art, and architectural excellence, drawing visitors from around the world.

Visit the Belvedere palace for art
On my recent trip to Vienna, I went to the belvedere palace to admire the stunning art work. It used to be a palace for crown princes but now serves as an art gallery that houses Gustav Klimt's The Kiss.
There is an entry fee to visit the gallery, but visitors may wander round the gardens for free. It is conveniently located in the city centre near Karlsplatz.

Scenic Beauty Palace - a historic complex of buildings
Vienna's most famous is Schönbrunn Palace, but photography is not allowed there, so I chose Belvedere Palace because photography is allowed inside. Buying tickets online was so convenient, as the queue for buying tickets on site was too long, while there was no one in the online channel, and I walked in smoothly. This was the fastest time I have ever bought tickets for a tourist attraction in Europe.
The Schönbrunn Palace is a historic complex of buildings, divided into upper and lower palaces with a garden in between. It is a Baroque-style power supply, formerly the summer residence of Prince Eugene, and now the Austrian National Museum of Art, one of the world's most important museums of art collections. The lower palace is a museum of medieval and Baroque art.
The chair under the sunlight looks particularly lonely. On this day many years ago, you were by my side. Now, there is only the vast scenery and a hint of nostalgia for you.
Vienna Belvedere Palace
Belvedere Palace is located in the city center and can be reached on foot. The ticket price for the upper and lower palaces is 26 euros per adult, and children under 19 years old are free. The garden is free!
Beautiful Belvedere Palace in Summer.
Schloss Belvedere is one of the most beautiful building I have seen in Vienna. This architecture design is quite unique with awesome detail into the pattern. The iconic blue color roof add extra beauty into it as well. Great place to visit. #wintergetaway

Schnbrunn Palace and the Belvedere Palace are sure to go, of course, these two attractions are also on the trip to the Danube.
Schonbrunn Palace is the mansion of Princess Sissi, you can't take pictures in the mansion, everyone will make up for it, the two words are luxurious. However, the luxurious and luxurious palace can not restrain the soul of Princess Sui wishing for freedom.
The garden outside the mansion that can be photographed is completely inferior to the mansion. If it is a few months later, it is lush and green. It is simply an enlarged version of the garden of Dorns Garden of Rights, because the garden does not require tickets. Many locals will walk the dog in the Schnbrunn Palace garden, walk, run, and the back garden of the former palace, now enjoyed by civilians, real name envy of the Viennese.

The upper palace is divided into three levels:
0: the history of the beautiful palace and the medieval, modern art works

"Napoleon over the Alps in 1797"
1800 Napoleon claimed that the emperor led an army miraculously through the Alps, unexpectedly defeating the Abu Dhabi army in Marenco. Originally, the Austrians thought that the Alps were a natural danger, and Napoleon could not easily cross. But with his genius-like precision calculations and indestructible willpower, Napoleon defeated the difficulties ahead and used his talents to let the enemy yield to his feet.

The Belvedere Palace is a historic complex consisting of two Baroque palaces (the Upper Belvedere Palace and the Lower Belvedere Palace), the Orangery and the Royal Palace Stables. The owner of this palace is not the emperor, but the strategist Eugen, who has made great contributions to Austria.
The Belvedere Palace is the Austrian National Museum of Fine Arts and one of the most important art collection museums in the world. Tickets for the Belvedere Palace are 19 euros (about 142 yuan) for adults, and there is no discount for the elderly. It seems that the custom of respecting the old and loving the young is not as good as in China in Europe. Our scenic spots are free of charge for the elderly over 70 years old.
The Belvedere Palace is a historic building in Vienna, Austria. It consists of two Baroque palaces (the Upper Belvedere Palace and the Lower Belvedere Palace), the Orangery and the Royal Palace Stables. The building is in a baroque park landscape in the third district, southeast of the city centre. The Belvedere Palace includes the Austrian Palace of Fine Arts. The courtyard is built on a gentle slope, including decorative fountains, waterfalls, baroque sculptures, and majestic iron gates. This baroque palace was then used as a summer residence for Prince Eugen.
This is the summer exit of the Duke of Prinz Eugen, the hero who saved Vienna from the Turkish army. Known as the representative of Austrian-style Baroque architecture, this building has symmetrical buildings and beautiful gardens. Now, the Upper Palace has become an art museum, and the scenery of Vienna that is seen from there is also very beautiful, and it is called the Palace of Beauty. I personally think that the palaces and gardens here are not inferior to Schnbrunn Palace. It is the summer season in Vienna, where flowers bloom in the garden and there is a beautiful scenery. A statue of a statue embellished in the shade of the tree is also eye-catching.
There are a large number of sculptures and paintings in the beautiful palace, the most famous of which is "Kiss". "Kiss" is a square painting showing a pair of lovers who are embracing each other, their bodies entwined by robes. This expression was influenced by the simultaneous Art Nouveau and art and craft movements. Gustav Klime covered gold foil on traditional oil paintings to make the modernity of the painting more prominent. "Kiss" is currently housed in the Austrian Museum of Fine Arts in the Belvedere Palace in Vienna and is widely regarded as a classic of the early 20th century.

The building is an exhibition of art works of the Baroque and early 19th century, realist paintings and impressionist paintings, and the second floor is a exhibition of neoclassical and romantic paintings. Among them, the paintings of Gustav Klimt, the most famous painter of Austrian modern times, are the most abundant in the world, and they also contain the most paintings by Egon Schiele.

Not only does the Louvre have this painting, but I also met this classic painting by Jacques Louis David, "Napoleon through St. Bernard". I don't know if you still remember, I mentioned this person and this painting in the travel notes of Paris. The famous PS painting of the horse. I don't know if it is in the Belvedere Palace. It is a surprise to see at the door. Napoleon really loved this painting, which made it better.
The Palace of Beauty is the most beautiful collection of works by Klimt. It has paintings of various periods of Klimt, and this "Kiss" is the most famous, and it is always crowded. Different viewers have different opinions in their eyes. Some people see a pair of sweet lovers, while others see love suffocating. And have you noticed that the womens feet are cliffs? The so-called "the shackles of the priests are still detachable, the women are not detached," and the body is held in his arms. Above the cliff. It is always dangerous to love someone.
The Belvedere Palace is one of the most beautiful Baroque palaces in the world and has now become the Austrian National Gallery. The entire palace consists of two buildings, the Lower Belvedere, built in 1714, as the summer residence of Prince Eugen. The other part is the Shangmei Palace, which was built in 1721. It is the place where the royal family holds various grand festivals. Here is a collection of masterpieces from the life of Master Klimt, where you can see the evolution of his life style. Surprisingly, we have been allowed to shoot in the museum these days in the Schnbrunn Palace.
Here you will admire the wonderful oil paintings of the young artistic painter Gustav Klimt and the paintings of Schiele and Kokoschka. In the end, we came to this long-awaited famous painting "Kiss". Klimt's art reached its peak in this painting. The combination of abstraction and realism, the application of geometric lines and gold powder, will sublimate this hand-painted painting. . The museum also specially prepared a copy of the original for everyone to take a group photo, so that the opportunity to take photos with world famous paintings can be missed. In addition, the Baroque Garden of the Belvedere Palace is also worth taking a photo.
