🇲🇾 48 Hours in Malacca: A Perfect Blend of History, Culture, and Delicious Eats
#favouriteitinerary Spending 48 hours in Malacca was an unforgettable experience! My journey began by exploring the rich history of the city, starting with a visit to the iconic St. Paul's Hill, where I admired the Portuguese-influenced architecture. From there, I wandered through the vibrant Jonker Street, known for its colorful shops, street art, and historical landmarks. I spent time exploring the Cheng Hoon Teng Temple, soaking in the blend of Chinese traditions.
Food was definitely a highlight of my trip. I indulged in local delicacies like chicken rice balls, a Malacca specialty, and satay celup, a fun and delicious dish where skewered meats are dipped in a boiling peanut sauce. I also tried cendol, a refreshing dessert made from shaved ice, coconut milk, and palm sugar—perfect for the hot weather.
With its rich history, diverse culture, and mouthwatering food, my 48 hours in Malacca was a perfect blend of exploration and indulgence!
