[2025 Hat Yai Stay] Travel Guide for Crystal Hotel Hat Yai (Updated Apr)

I stayed in a superior double room, which was spacious and bright, with simple and elegant decoration. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a mini bar, a desk, movie on demand, satellite/cable TV, an LCD/plasma TV, a TV, a refrigerator, a shower, a bathtub, a hairdryer, a living room, a tea/coffee maker, free bottled water, free LAN and Wi-Fi, and other facilities! The bed is very comfortable, the mattress is moderately firm, and the sheets and quilt covers are clean and tidy, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable sleep after a tiring day. The bathroom is semi-open, with a separate shower and toilet, and is spacious and convenient to use. The bathtub is also a suitable size, and a hot bath can relieve the fatigue of the day. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly, and the service is attentive. When checking in, the staff will help carry luggage to the room and introduce the room facilities and how to use them in detail.

I enjoy with the nice infinity pool and nice hatyai city center view, have a big and nice ballroom just right next to swimming pool , can help even and wedding party. This hotel is very convenient to find it's just right infront of Central shopping mall hatyai city and next is makro whole sale shopping market . The room is large , clean , very comfortable bed with free good breakfast buffet and delicious .#couplestrip

Chrystal Hotel Hatyai is another hotel that I would like to recommend for those who want to relax or travel in the center of Hat Yai. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are clean, there is a bathtub, the glass can see through to the room, the view is very good, there is a fitness room, the swimming pool has a view of the shopping mall (during the rainy season, the 6th floor is the best 😅) Chrystal Hotel is the closest hotel to the mall (the best because it is right across). If you stay here, it is very convenient to travel, you can walk to Greenway Market, Ko Kai Shop, etc.

I really like this hotel. The environment is beautiful. The rooms and toilets are super big and clean. The hotel staff are super nice and friendly. Not near LeeGarden though. However, opposite the hotel is what is said to be the largest mall in Hat Yai, and my reservation included breakfast. There are many breakfast options and the food is delicious, especially their porridge, which is really worth recommending. There are so many shrimps in the shrimp porridge. The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very lovely and helpful with everything. The hotel is located opposite Central Festival Hat Yai. It is very convenient to walk to eat or shop. You can reach the airport in 20 minutes. Most importantly, the view of the swimming pool is the best. You can spend time with friends having fun at the fitness center with a view and cocktails by the pool. You can get a lot of beautiful photos to post on IG. If you have a chance to come back to Hat Yai, you will definitely stay here again. Very impressed.

A great place to stay for we’re not able swim in the pool because we just like to stay in bed. The bed is so comfy, very nice air condition, especially the water pressure in the shower room is so powerful. It is clean, too. The hotel is located just opposite of the Central Hatyai. No fun being in Hat Yai in during the monsoon season

Crystal Hotel Hatyai located about 20 mins from Airport. Central HatYai just opposite of the hotel. ASEAN Night Bazaar and Greenway Night Market both market walkable within 10 mins. One of the authentic small restaurant just opposite of the Crystal Hotel entrance I personally recommended to dine in. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good location. Walking distance to central hatyai and makro. Also there’s a big night market nearby and is accessible with tuktuk. The hotel design is very classic but is well maintained and clean. Breakfast provided is great too.
