Hami is really good as the first stop for traveling in Xinjiang. Although many things are closed in winter, all the attractions are basically included and the cost is not high. Day 1️⃣: Hami City, Gansu (the train arrives at Hami Station at 13:00 in the afternoon, a replacement version of Snowpiercer) Hami City Museum 👉 Muqam Heritage Center (Hami Melon Exhibition) 👉 Altun (basically closed in winter but you can go shopping.
