Qingdao | Such a beautiful place to watch the sunset, why isn't it recommended by anyone?!!!
Wow Wow Wow
Super lucky to not only capture the pink sunset but also the orange sea☀️💗
I was originally planning to go to Yan'er Island Park because I saw many bloggers recommending it. I parked the car, to the left is Yan'er Island, and to the right is the Lover's Dam. Following the crowd, it was just sunset time, so I went to try my luck, and it turned out to be so beautiful!!!
The entire Lover's Dam is surrounded by the sea
Sitting on the steps and having a cup of coffee is so comfortable 😌
The afterglow of the setting sun shines on the sea surface, and the colors of the seaside at dusk become splendid and colorful!!!
A casual shot is a stunning masterpiece 💗💗💗
📖Travel route:
✔️First locate Yan'er Island
(Park the car on the west side of Yan'er Island, there is a free parking lot🅿️, to the left is Yan'er Island, and to the right are the Olympic Sailing Museum and Lover's Dam)
✔️Walk around the coastline, not only can you enjoy the seascape, but you can also see Qingdao's iconic buildings "May Fourth Square" and "Olympic Sailing Center"
❗️❗️❗️Travel time
I suggest you go around 17:00-20:00 in the afternoon
You can see the sunset and the light show

You must always come to Qingdao's Lover's Dam to enjoy the sea breeze and view the night scenery!
Lover's Dam Fashion Street is located within the Lover's Dam Leisure Fashion Street at the Olympic Sailing Center.
It is a symbolic leisure fashion street that integrates fashion, culture, tourism, leisure, and dining. It is also a place that witnesses romantic love, offers experiences of dining by the sea, and serves as a gathering place for coffee and fine wines.
The long dam extends into the sea, and at the end of the dam stands a tall white lighthouse.
The charm of Lover's Dam at night only increases. Standing on the embankment, facing the wind and sea, one can gaze at the city center across the shore, where the lights shine brilliantly, making one feel as if they are in the midst of a giant cinema screen, with a romantic atmosphere evident everywhere.

Qingdao Trip: A Parent-Child Experience Dancing with the Ocean
Qingdao Trip: A Parent-Child Experience Dancing with the Ocean
Last June, my family and I spent an unforgettable three days and two nights in Qingdao. We took our children and enjoyed a leisurely and unhurried itinerary. To make the trip both fulfilling and relaxing, we chose a comfortable hotel located in the city center, close to popular attractions, ensuring the children had ample rest and we could conveniently explore this beautiful city.
For accommodation, we opted for a convenient express hotel within walking distance to Qingdao Station, Zhan Bridge, and the Catholic Church, among other famous landmarks. The convenient transportation and comprehensive surrounding facilities made our travel easy and enjoyable.
Our travel methods were diverse and flexible, combining subway, taxi, and bus, choosing the most suitable transportation according to the destination.
Below is our exciting itinerary:
Day One:
We set off from Changzhou and headed straight to the hotel upon arriving in Qingdao, then went to the Olympic Sailing Center to experience the charm of sailing. At dusk, we strolled to Lover's Dam, where the pink sunset, clear seawater, and outgoing sailboats created a moving scene. As the melodies of a resident singer drifted in the breeze, the atmosphere became incredibly romantic. As night fell, we also enjoyed a stunning light show, which captivated both adults and children alike.
Day Two:
Early in the morning, we arrived at the filming location of 'The Best of Us' - Badaguan, and despite the crowds, we still found a great spot by the sea for photos. We walked along Xilingxia and captured many beautiful moments. Then we visited reef coffee, where the view was fantastic, allowing us to enjoy coffee and scenery simultaneously, perfect for relaxation. Next, we headed to the Third Beach, where the sand was clean, the water clear, and the tourists relatively few, making it an ideal place for the children to play to their heart's content.
Day Three:
On the last day, we drove to Qinyu Road, enjoying the freedom along the S-shaped bay road. The roadside rocks were scattered in an orderly fashion, as if we were in a foreign land. We also tried the local delicious ice cream, cool and sweet, putting a perfect end to our journey.
Although the short trip has ended, the endless seascapes and romantic atmosphere of Qingdao will forever remain in our memories. One day, we will set foot on this land again and continue our unfinished adventure.

‼️Love of the Sea➡️Wheat Island➡️Silver Sea World➡️Swallow Island➡️Lovers Dam➡️Hisense➡️May Fourth Square➡️Vientiane City➡️Love of the Sea Park
🖼Love of the Sea Park
A good place for walking and frolicking! Few people + dog tail grass climbing all over the slope, this place is simply a secret base for people~🌾
🏮Wheat Island
Once on the island, it's Hayao Miyazaki's anime world, and there are super many 'net red punch points' on the island, with the scenery of two trees, a lonely tree, and the pink and indigo flowers of late autumn, this place is very suitable for venting and picnicking. 🏝️
🪩Silver Sea World
This is a place with various sea play facilities, if you want to surf, tow boats, and go on a boat, you can play here, and there is also a tiki more that is super good for taking pictures, very Southeast Asian style. 🏄♂️
🎊Swallow Island
Walking all the way here, the wooden plank road here has a unique flavor, and there are net red caves where you can take big shots, and at night there is a row of small night lights with a very full atmosphere, which is also very good, there are many big reefs here, you can take pictures, don't miss it. 🌉
🧸Lovers Dam
Purple lighthouse + golden stones sprinkled with sunset, the scenery is as its name suggests, whether you are alone or two people, here can let you temporarily put down a day's fatigue. 💜
🛍Hisense Square
'The Truman Show' punch point! On the rooftop of the fifth floor of Hisense, enter from a coffee shop and go upstairs, if you can't find it, you can ask the staff, they are all very good, Hisense is also a mall in Qingdao with a more complete luxury. 🌆
🎈May Fourth Square
Qingdao's famous light show is here, after a day's play, it's just the beginning of the neon world here, feel the city culture of Qingdao, and there are also landmark buildings that can be punched. 🌃
🪅Vientiane City
After a day of play, you're also tired, fill your stomach and go to Vientiane City next to May Fourth Square, where you can eat, drink, play and have fun, it's also the mall with the most people in Qingdao, there are a lot of worth guang's!! Shopping paradise~🛍️
🪭Tips:
1️⃣You can finish it in one day, it's enough to walk and shop~🕒
2️⃣Both malls are good for shopping, one is mainly luxury, the other is mainly for the people, depending on personal considerations, eating is still going to Vientiane City. 🍽️
3️⃣Go shopping on a sunny day, it's not very photogenic on a cloudy day, it's better if you have a spring, summer and autumn travel plan. ☀️
4️⃣All attractions are free, and the distances are also close, it is recommended to walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way, if you can't walk, consider taking the bus or subway, they are all very convenient~🚇

Qingdao 'Lovers' Dam'
Since you are in Qingdao, go and see the 'Lovers' Dam' that blocks the wind and waves for the Olympic Sailing Center.
Walking side by side through the 'Lovers' Dam', you are not afraid of the wind and waves.
Route 1: Go straight to the 'Lovers' Dam'
It is recommended to take the subway line 2, get off at the Fushan Suo subway station, exit the subway exit indicated by the navigation, and there is about 1.9km left to the Lovers' Dam. You can walk or take a taxi to the destination.
Route 2: Want to see the coastal scenery and check in multiple attractions.
You can take the subway line 2 to Yan'er Island Station, exit the subway exit shown by the navigation, and there is about 1.7km left to Yan'er Island Park. It's quite close, you can choose to walk or take a taxi.
When you arrive at Yan'er Island Mountain Park, you can follow the scenic sign: walk towards the coastal greenway, the sea wave park section, there is coastal scenery all the way, if time permits, route two is highly recommended, you can watch the sea while watching the scenery you want to see, but it's a bit tiring. 😂
Yan'er Island Mountain Park——Seaside Scenic Area——'Lovers' Dam' (Lovers' Dam Lighthouse)——Olympic Sailing Center. Walk along the sea, you can see all these sceneries.
After visiting the attractions, there is a Fushan Suo subway station nearby, you can take the subway according to the itinerary.
