Started my journey for Eid Adha from Johor Bharu to Kuala Lumpur and have a one night stay at #dorsetthartamas. We went out for a night drive to Bukit Bintang and enjoy the performance by #BobSentuhanOriginal band and it was fantastic! Proceed our journey to Penang the next day and had our lunch at #hameediyah Nasi Kandar and it was one of the best Nasi Kandar that we’ve had. We stayed one night at #TanjungPoint and the sea view from our room just make our trip so much better. The next day we enjoyed our lunch at #Baeshake and the meal worth every penny !

The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for a short vacation. The pool was a great addition, especially considering the reasonable price of the stay. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, being close to the city of KL and easy to find. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future. the main issue for me is the parking. You need to have a TnG card with minimum RM5. But then later yes you can validate it. At least issue a ticket instead of pay using TnG. I have been to Kuala Lumpur several times, and I always choose to stay in hotels near tourist attractions in the city center, so that I can walk to various attractions! This time I chose a hotel that is a little away from the city center and near the royal palace. The hotel’s specialty is the rooftop swimming pool on the 27th floor, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur city! We booked a superior room (no window) for 2 nights. The room was located on the 5th floor. There was no window anyway, so we couldn’t see the scenery outside. So the height of the floor was not the point. The point was to go to the roof to see the panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur city! As soon as I opened the door, I saw that the layout of the room was very simple. There was an extra-large double bed, bedside tables, a workbench, a wall-mounted TV and a clothes storage room. The room was very spacious and there was no problem opening the suitcase anywhere! As for the bathroom, there are toilet, washbasin and shower room in order. The space is quite large and there are simple toiletries, toothpaste and toothbrush! Here comes the highlight: the rooftop swimming pool on the 27th floor has two pools, one is a super shallow water pool for children to play in the water, and the other is an adult pool where you can swim! You can see very far from here and really enjoy the scenery of Kuala Lumpur city center. There is the royal palace nearby and the skyline dominated by the Kuala Lumpur Tower and the Petronas Twin Towers in the distance as the background! The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the rooms here is a bit poor. The hotel gave us super chill vibe. The location is perfect, markets and restaurants are just nearby. Most importantly, the room price is reasonable. Tapi nasib baik dapat tukar bilik lain after complain.. 2nd is the breakfast buffet I can give 2/10 because the food is not fresh looks like makanan yg di panas2 kan .. Such an excellent service, she always smiling and the good thing is she knows my name! What a good memory and I love their teh tarik! So sedap!! Foods are marvellous... #messy just woke up at dorsett hartamas

Room was clean, bathroom was spacious too. Quite worth the price for a 3-day biz trip. The only downside was that it’s very hard to get Grab ride, I tried calling Grab at 9am on a weekday and waited for 30mins still one picked up my order. Even the front desk lady told me it’s hard to get ride hailing there and there is no taxi stand nearby the hotel - meaning i can either continue waiting for Grab at the lobby or just walk. Well, I walked in the end.

This is absolutely not a 100% hotel It seems like a mixed hotel with a residence It's especially the worst because it's far from all the tourist attractions It seems like a Chinese-only hotel and the hotel interior is also Chineseized It's the worst

#kualalumpurhotels Mai, Azman, the GM and the entire restaurant/banquet team has been of great help this trip. We did a 3 days training using their conference room, plus dinner buffet, with up to 150pax in total, and the process was smooth and fuss-free. Mai in particular was such a joy to work with. She tried her very best in our request ever though she had a busy schedule, and came by on a Saturday evening to ensure our needs are met. Azman was always to check on cleanliness and the overall setup. There was a tall gentleman of Indian national (I think) who dresses in blue polo, he also helped with the cleaning, seat arrangement and topping up of drinks for the training. Even the GM came down to check which gave us a piece of mind. Of course, there's always room for improvement. Some points my team and I have noted are: Microphones needs to be updated as new batteries did not last past 2 hours, and there is a constant "popping" sound throughout the training. Sockets points on the floor of the conference rooms needs to be covered properly for safety reasons. Speed of the food top up during buffet can be faster and more prompt. Parking signage at the front entrance can be more visible as many of customers missed the hotel logo (especially the gold signage on sliver bars). Parking is not really sufficient. Some customers need to walk a distance before reaching the hotel lift. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this hotel thanks to the many people who had helped out. Do visit them, you'll enjoy your stay here.

#wheretogo Dorsett Hartamas Kuala Lumpur is the only hotel that near to the MITEC exhibition center . is great stay if you coming here for the business trip and near to the exhibition center . the lift here is rather slow because there is only 2 lift available in the hotel . The rooms is spacious and we gotten our room on time. there is a basic amenities inside the room and a huge bath tube . you can dip inside the bath tub after the tiring working day. it’s suitable for family staycation as well, as there is a rooftop swimming pool with a KL CITY skyline view . you can see the whole KL CITY view from the roof top. the breakfast was just so so only. not much choice , but is acceptable for a 4 star hotels standard . the hotel attached to the hartamas mall, is so convenient you can just walk to the mall and with many restaurant inside .#awesomepic #freehotelstay #hartamas #Kualalumpur #malaysia

i really want to share my feedback to uolls about dorsset hartamas. so far the best dorsset among others. i said what i said. really really reaally peacefull and i had a good rest for staying here at dorsset hartamas. i have work travel. and last minute to book here. without hesitation i choose this hotel for need some rest before going back to home. love the way staff treat in lobby while check in. clean environment. delicious food. parking lot also helpful and nearby with lift to lobby. not scared because guard always take care of customer. my suggestion to everyone who wants to heal? you can choose this hotel. also in front of hotel have a lot of restaurant and mall. you also can walk a cross only no need to use car. excellent and strategic place. will repeat soon😃.

i enjoyed my stay at dorsett hotel. such a cute deco for my husband’s birthday. my most fav thing is that the bathtub. feels so nice tk have such a bigh bathtub. the sky pool also have such a nice view. love it❤️
