DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Xi'an Fengdong 📍 Awesome location For this trip to Xi'an, I chose to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Xi'an Fengdong, and the location is really convenient! It's located on Ketong 3rd Road in Fengdong New City, Xi'an Xixian New District, and it's super close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to the city center or surrounding attractions. From the hotel, it's a quick subway ride to the Tang Paradise, and you can enjoy the scenery of the ancient city of Xi'an along the way. It's hard to describe how great I felt. 🌟 Thoughtful service As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt the warmth. The front desk staff was super professional, the check-in process was super fast, and they patiently introduced me to the hotel's various facilities. What impressed me the most was that they also prepared hot chocolate chip cookies, and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. I even joked with my friends at the time that the treatment at this hotel was even better than being at home. 🛌 Comfortable room The room really brightened my eyes. The layout was very reasonable and the space was quite spacious. The bed was especially soft, and I sank right into it and slept soundly. Moreover, the room had great lighting, and I could see the scenery outside as soon as I opened the curtains, which made me feel better. What I liked most was the toiletries in the room. The fragrance was especially nice, and I felt refreshed after taking a shower. 🍽 Delicious breakfast The hotel's breakfast is really a highlight! There are so many varieties, both Chinese and Western. I especially liked their jianbing guozi, which tasted very authentic, and there were also various fresh fruits and yogurt, which were nutritious and balanced. I was able to eat my fill every morning and then go out and have fun with energy. 🏖 Relaxing leisure time The hotel's facilities are also very complete. What I liked most were the gym and the swimming pool. The gym equipment was very new and there were many types. I would go to work out every morning and felt more energetic. The water in the swimming pool was very clean, and I swam several laps in it, which felt very relaxing. 🎉 Small surprises during the stay There was also a small surprise during this stay. The hotel also prepared a postcard for me with a welcome message and a blessing, which made me feel very warm. There are subway stations nearby, 5 minutes drive from Wangsi Station on Line 5 and 10 minutes drive from Yuhuazhai Station on Line 3. It is super convenient to get to various attractions by subway. ✅ Super nice environment, full of design sense ✨ The overall style is modern Chinese style, the lobby has a giant "Shi Jing" art wall, the cultural atmosphere pulled full. Rooms range from 33 - 200 square meters, with a variety of room types to choose from, such as the Family Parent-Child Suite is perfect for families with children. The furniture in the room is neatly arranged, the facilities are complete, and it also incorporates elements of Xi'an shadow puppet culture. However, its rich historical context from the Zhou, Qin, and Han dynasties is truly awe-inspiring. The opening of DoubleTree fills the gap in the New District for internationally branded hotels. Designed by the renowned Hong Kong design firm CCD, it seamlessly blends with the shadows of Qin bricks and Han tiles. The shadow puppet decorations in the rooms are also integrated. Facilities Gym, swimming pool (swim caps and trunks required), restaurant, lobby bar Nearby Attractions The Qin Epang Palace and the Han Kunming Pool ruins are not far away.

A brand new one among the few Yilin brands in Xi'an! Some extremely localized Xi'an characteristics. This place was quite barren when I was in college, but now it has developed very well. Check-in was very smooth, and even though I am a gold card member, I was upgraded to a high floor. Relatively quiet. 🔴🔴 The layout of the guest room is not large, but everything that is needed is reasonably distributed. The bed is very clean because it was newly opened not long ago. The room is full of cultural and artistic atmosphere such as shadow puppetry and Shaanxi paper-cutting. Double tree's classic small cookies with local small fruits. That Jade Maiden cucumber is really refreshing. 🔴🔴 It is worth mentioning that the Yilin brand rarely puts effort into the gym and swimming pool. This hotel’s swimming pool is particularly photogenic. Needless to say, the heated swimming pool is worth a dip. 🔴🔴 Another major feature is the rich breakfast options. From Shandong pancakes to sauerkraut noodles, roujiamo and cold noodles. I feel like I have invited an expert. Especially the roujiamo has much more meat than other places! There’s even dried flower buns! I was very satisfied with this meal!
