Duxton Plain Park
Walked down this narrow, tree lined, green path flanked by the Duxton shop house eateries - exiting at Duxton Plain Park! It was a peaceful/serene walk in the heart of bustling Duxton. Some of the shop houses are painted in eye catching colours. Came across a strange sight. a solitary Muslim tomb on the grassway. which seems to be frequented by believers (I read later that it is believed to hold special powers)!!
A short but interesting walk.

🇸🇬A hidden spot in SG-Poo Thor Jee Temple
#singapore
This is a little hidden spot is enveloped in a serene and secluded setting in the middle of city! It is located just off the main traffic area where it’s a delightful temple to stop into and got the spirit of sanctuary. This is also the oldest Buddhist temple in Tanjong Pagar ! It’s located away touristic place and the interior closes to visitors about 4 pm, but you can still view from the outside.

Duxton Plain Park
#wheretogo
The duxton Plain Park connects you from the keong saik road to the tanjong pagar area. The long stretch of park is ideal for running and jogging. I went there at 730am to do my city walk before I started my work. There are already people jogging around the park. The air was very clean and fresh when I walked around the park spending about 20 minutes there. You can also see live chickens and their chicks walking around the grass area to look for food. It is definitely a very good park to spend your weekends. I will recommend you to visit this park.
