I stayed in an Executive King Room, and the spacious layout was impressive at first glance. The 2-meter super-large bed with a Serta dual-patent mattress felt like sleeping on a cloud, ensuring a restful night. The room featured a smart control system, where the Xiaodu smart speaker could adjust lights and air conditioning—truly high-tech. The 55-inch LCD TV was perfect for unwinding with a movie. The separate shower and oversized bathtub provided ultimate relaxation after a long day of work. The dining experience was equally outstanding. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, from Western-style bread and milk to local Shandong specialties like jianbing guozi and crispy shaobing—each bite bursting with authentic flavors. The Chinese restaurant specialized in Shandong cuisine, seafood, and Cantonese dishes, all prepared with fresh ingredients and perfect technique. I tried the braised sea cucumber with scallions—tender, bouncy, and rich in flavor—absolutely delicious! For business travelers, the quality of meeting rooms directly impacts productivity. Xiyue Oriental Hotel has six well-equipped conference rooms with advanced facilities, including HD multimedia projectors and LED screens, making them ideal for both small discussions and large-scale meetings. Our team recently held a seminar here, and the stable Internet connection and user-friendly equipment ensured everything went smoothly. During downtime, I enjoyed the hotel’s gym and swimming pool. The 24-hour gym was fully equipped with both cardio and strength-training machines, catering to all workout needs. A swim or a run on the treadmill was the perfect way to relieve stress.
