To be honest, the taste of Eulmildae wasn't easy The soup is like plain water, but not plain water.. If you're a beginner, I recommend Uraeok more! Its characteristic is that the soup is the most heavily seasoned, and the smooth and mild taste of the cold noodles is still there.
