[Hyogo] Very popular! A gyoza specialty store that originated with miso sauce
📍Original Gyozaen Kobe Nankinmachi Chinatown Store, Hyogo
A gyoza specialty store in Kobe Nankinmachi (Chinatown) that originated the miso sauce🥟 Founded in 1951 by the first generation owner who came from the former Manchuria!!
Their proud "Kiwami Gyoza" is a dish that can be said to be the origin of gyoza🤍
The gyoza menu includes fried gyoza, boiled gyoza, deep-fried gyoza, and soup gyoza.
They also have vegetable gyoza and shrimp gyoza🦐
The filling is made of minced Kobe pork, cabbage, and chives, with a secret ingredient of Kobe beef of A5 rank or higher, and is wrapped in a skin handmade using the Manchurian method that has not changed since the store's founding, baked until fragrant, and eaten with their secret miso sauce!! The golden ratio for this restaurant is 2 parts miso sauce, 1 part soy sauce, and 1 part vinegar 🥟💛
They use carefully selected ingredients, Ako sun-dried salt, 100% high-quality peanut oil, and no artificial seasonings 🥟
For me, the fried dumplings are a huge hit and are the best fried dumplings I've ever had 🤤🤍!!
There's a line, but the dumplings are just so delicious, so it's no surprise!!
They often come here for TV interviews, and there are lots of autographs on display 😏
It's a restaurant I'd like to visit again♡Add excitement to your everyday life:🌙There are 38 seats (5 at the counter and 33 at the tables), so the inside is surprisingly spacious! 📍 Original Gyozaen📮 2-8-11 Sakaemachi-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe🚃 5-minute walk from JR Motomachi Station or Hanshin Motomachi Station🕚 11:45-15:00 (last orders) 17:00-20:30 (last orders) *Closed at 21:30 Closed on Mondays (open on public holidays)
