In the past, when I was on business trips to Chengdu Hi-Tech Zone, the Bay Hotel was my usual choice, but this Gran Melia is better in comparison. As a Spanish hotel brand, Gran Melia is located next to Jincheng Lake on Jincheng Avenue in the High-tech Zone, and the surrounding scenery is unique. The hotel itself has a large courtyard, and the swimming pool and children's play area are well-planned, making it easy and convenient to take the children for a walk in Jincheng Lake. In terms of distance, although it is some distance away from Tianfu 1st, 2nd and 3rd Streets, it only takes a dozen minutes by taxi to get there. Surprisingly, the hotel is very close to Shuangliu Airport, about 10 minutes by taxi, which makes it an ideal transition point for passengers catching early flights.
