#thingstodo The first time I came, I immediately liked the architecture and atmosphere. The concept of the lobby is open and there are a lot of places to sit, and unfortunately when we arrived the welcome drink was sold so I couldn't try it. The check-in process was smooth, and I also got a free upgrade from Deluxe to Executive (or Premiere, forget it😅) so the experience was better. The rooms are clean, probably because they are still relatively new, and spacious. The facilities are good, a safe deposit box, a minibar, a mini fridge, a smart TV and a balcony as well. The bathroom is clean and very thoughtful for Muslim visitors because there is a faucet for ablution as well (many other hotels do not have a faucet, just go directly to the bathroom), just put it in the bathroom, maybe you can add perfume, especially in the shower room because it smells a little bad. Full amenities, soap and shampoo from Sensatia Botanicals. Room lighting at night is also good. For breakfast, I think it's good, not very varied but enough, and the taste is also good, according to the quality that Santika usually provides. Moreover, in the evening my father had time to work in the restaurant, his intention was just to buy coffee but the hotel also gave him a free snack. Thank you Santika! #thingstodo I can’t believe Kuningan has this hotel, it’s such a privilege. The building is new, everything is new, the room is spacious with clean toilet and amenities. I booked three double deluxe rooms and the bed’s 200x200 (wow!). They have a wide outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast menu’s incredible, they have local and international menu, the taste was delicious and fresh, the presentation was nice and clean. The restaurant is big with beautiful ambience, they have also live music. The staffs were very attentive and nice. I hope they keep this quality always, not only because they just recently opened. We came here a few months ago, and it's one of if not the best hotel in Kuningan. The room feels really cozy and comfortable for resting or working on my laptop, and the views of the Ceremai mountain were undoubtedly stunning. Though, there's barely any soundproofing mechanisms, so the neighboring visitors were quite loud. The bathroom is you average hotel bathroom. The prices of the rooms, services and additional facilities are fair. The service are great; all the staffs are friendly, welcoming and kind. The food tasted great, my only complaint is the Pempek barely containing any fish, but the Pempek sauce is fire so it kinda compensates for it. The waiting time however was horrendous, I was supposed to get access my room at 1 pm, but the room was ready at 4 pm, 3-hours of boredom phased through us while we were waiting in the lobby. The location is marvelous. Beautiful and stunning views of the mountain from all sides of the hotel, and the air is very frigid. It's also near to some top-tier local restaurants like Lanai, Tahu Kopeci, etc.
