A Cozy Experience by the Bangkok Riverside
🏨 ibis Bangkok Riverside
📍27 Soi Charoen Nakhon 17, Charoen Nakhon Rd, Bangkok, Thailand
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. Just a 3-minute walk away is a 7-11, making it super easy to grab anything you need. The hotel is surrounded by numerous street food stalls and night markets, perfect for satisfying any cravings and ideal for those who love to explore. A 10-minute walk will take you to the ferry across the river, a great option for those who enjoy sightseeing by boat.
The hotel boasts a simple, modern design that is both clean and comfortable. The lobby and reception area are spacious and bright. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff always smiling and enthusiastically addressing our needs and questions. Their attentive service made us feel very welcome. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service, running hourly to the nearest BTS station, which is incredibly convenient.
Upon entering my room, I found it to be cozy and spotlessly clean, though not particularly large. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable; I didn't want to get out of bed! The room had large windows offering stunning river views. Each room also has a stable Wi-Fi connection, allowing you to stay connected at all times.
My favorite feature was the hotel's large swimming pool.🏊♂️ Not only is it clean, but it's also situated next to a garden, creating a relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect place to unwind while taking a dip. After each swim, basking in the sun, I felt completely rejuvenated. The breakfast selection was also quite extensive, offering a delicious variety of both Western and Thai options.
I highly recommend exploring the restaurants and attractions surrounding the hotel. A visit to Asiatique The Riverfront to enjoy the night view and sample some authentic local snacks is a must. The hotel is also within walking distance of the fantastic Icon Siam shopping center, a one-stop destination for shopping, entertainment, and dining – a perfect place to experience the best of Bangkok. Another must-see attraction is Wat Pho, Bangkok's oldest temple, home to the awe-inspiring Reclining Buddha. It's a definite must-see during your visit to Bangkok.
Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the location, service, and facilities of this ibis hotel in Bangkok. It offers exceptional value for money. It will definitely be my first choice for accommodation on my next trip to Bangkok. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
