ICC exquisite French cuisine
We, who have always paid attention to the sense of ceremony, choose some more representative restaurants during festivals, especially those with sea views. And many of the restaurants at 101 Dining have been tried, because the environment is really unbeatable, and the food is very quality.
This time my brother promised him to take him to his favorite ICC for dinner after the exam, and this time we opted for the delicate French meal Odyssée. In fact, we have been here several times as a family in the past, but this time it was just me and my brother. Don't underestimate this young man, in fact he is very familiar with many foreign ingredients, and even many very complex, very rare foods he has researched.
Prior to the meal, the restaurant has arranged cheese balls and pre-meal wheat bread and smoked butter. And the lunch has 6 dishes, each dish is very characteristic and very exquisite.

This is some exquisite snacks before the meal, one of the three appetizing snacks, one of which is beef tartar with potato mille-feuille, beef tartar with kimchi seasoning, then served with crispy layered mille-feuille potatoes, very appetizing and delicious. The other is the buffalo cheese Burrata cheese cup with figs, smooth and tender, very fragrant cheese flavor, and my brother's favorite, as for the last fried seaweed cheese, is used feta cheese Feta cheese, the taste is flowing, crispy and delicious.

Japanese Miyazaki A4 black hair wagyu beef is beautiful, melts in your mouth, Sirloin is the back of the waist, near the hip part, the meat is elastic, the mouth has a strong bite, each bite has a rich beef flavor, and fried beef tail, plus Japanese carrots, bring a little sweetness. In addition, the outer ring of the sauce is yellow lemon sauce to balance the greasiness of eating Wagyu beef.
