Rama II Park: A Valuable and Remarkable Attraction
🙏Rama II Park, officially known as the Phra Bat Somdet Phra Buddha Loetla Nabhalai Memorial Park, is a project dedicated to King Rama II. The park is divided into six sections:
🚐The front parking area, the park office, and the ticket sales point, which includes a souvenir shop.
🏡An open-air theater for performances of Khon, plays, music, and local cultural arts based on King Rama II's royal compositions on various occasions.
🏕Five traditional Thai-style buildings serving as a museum that reflects the early Rattanakosin era's cultural arts, way of life, and living conditions during King Rama II's reign. The museum is divided into six zones: the central hall, men's quarters, women's quarters, the house's veranda, the sacred stone area, and the Ampawa cultural heritage museum.
🏕A botanical garden featuring plants from Thai literature, along with sculptures based on King Rama II's royal compositions.
🏕Nine traditional Thai-style buildings set up as a museum of King Rama II's royal history.
🏞And an area along the Mae Klong River with scenic viewpoints, photo spots, and boats for touring the park.
