There were quite a lot of people, and some people were playing guitars. 💞Reasons why we recommend it: We went in November 2024. This is a place you definitely want to visit when you come to Tallinn. The contrast between the red roofs and the blue sky is very beautiful. There is a small shop on the observation deck, and when I ordered cocoa (5 euros), they also shared some sweets with me. It was great to slowly look at the view from the observation deck while drinking cocoa!
