| An ultimate feast for your taste buds and senses. Macau is a city full of diverse cuisine. A few days ago, I checked in at the long-awaited Li Xuan Chinese Restaurant and it really made me want to get a star.
Located on the 51st floor of The Ritz-Carlton Macau, Lai Heen is worthy of being the highest Chinese restaurant in Macau. Looking out the window, you can take in the magnificent city view and it feels great to see all the mountains below.
The restaurant environment is low-key and luxurious, with a perfect blend of Chinese and Portuguese styles. From exquisite chandeliers to antique screens, from delicate antique ornaments to elegant blue and white porcelain walls, every detail is full of unique charm.
The restaurant has been awarded one Michelin star for nine consecutive years. Needless to say, the food is excellent, with fresh ingredients, exquisite cooking methods, and exquisite tableware. Every detail shows the chef's ingenuity.

The three exquisite snacks are not only unique in shape but also have their own flavors. They are a pleasure to look at and eat.
👉Chicken mushroom and Antarctic shrimp dumplings
The combination of two freshness, the chewy shrimp meat and the crispy and tender chicken mushroom complement each other, wrapped in the soft and glutinous yet tough dumpling skin, every bite is full of surprises.
👉Osmanthus clam spinach dumplings
