The Frisco’s are meant to depict a secret garden and the ceiling frescoes are painted in such a way that they give a 3D impression, it really is something quite special. In the courtyard you will find four Roman statues and a splendid fountain and nymphaeum. The palace dates from the 15th century, it was owned by various different private individuals over the years, even including the Holy See, today is his property of the Italian government.
