Wait In Style 😎
#wheretogo
I was recently fortunate to have been on a trip to Vietnam. My flight was departing from the International Terminal of Hanoi’s Airport, this meant a plethora of choices for lounges to wait for my flight in comfort 😎.
I settled for Song Hong business lounge as it looked bright and inviting, I wasn’t disappointed!
The lounge has floor to ceiling windows which allowed natural light to come in, a bonus was the view of all the beautiful airplanes! Fruit Juices, Soft Drinks and Beer were self served from the fridge. There were mains such as fried rice and chicken on offer - together with a self service beef pho cart. This lounge also had desserts such as fruits in addition to your amenities like toilet and showers.

I am thrilled to share my positive experience at Two Tigers Noodles and Bar in Noi Bai International Airport Terminal 2. As my morning flight approached, I found solace in this delightful establishment, enjoying a scrumptious baguette and invigorating cup of coffee.
The aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted me as I entered the cozy and inviting atmosphere of Two Tigers. The friendly staff welcomed me with warm smiles and guided me to a comfortable seating area. Their attentiveness and prompt service added to the overall pleasant ambiance.
The baguette I ordered was a true culinary delight. The crust was perfectly crisp, while the inside boasted a delectable combination of flavorful fillings. Each bite was a symphony of tastes and textures, leaving me craving more. The attention to detail in presentation showcased the dedication of the kitchen team.
Complementing the baguette, the coffee was a true highlight. It was expertly crafted, capturing the rich and bold flavors that coffee lovers like myself appreciate. The baristas' expertise was evident in every sip, making it a memorable experience that lingered on my palate.
What impressed me most about Two Tigers was the efficient service that catered to travelers with time constraints. Despite the airport's bustling atmosphere, the staff ensured my order was promptly served, allowing me to savor my meal and coffee without rushing. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit.
As I enjoyed my baguette and coffee, I couldn't help but appreciate the thoughtfully designed space. It provided a comfortable respite from the hustle and bustle of the airport, allowing me to unwind and savor the flavors before my flight.
In summary, my experience at Two Tigers Noodles and Bar was truly delightful. The exquisite baguette, expertly brewed coffee, attentive service, and welcoming ambiance created a memorable pre-flight experience. For those seeking a delectable culinary experience at Noi Bai International Airport, I highly recommend visiting Two Tigers Noodles and Bar.

Noi Bai, traveler’s gateway
Noi Bai International Airport is a major airport in Hanoi, Vietnam. Opened in 2001, it replaced the old Gia Lam Airport. It has undergone expansions and upgrades, including the construction of Terminal T2 in 2014. Located 45 km from the city center, it serves as a vital transportation hub for the northern region, connecting Hanoi with domestic and international destinations.
Oh, Noi Bai, gateway to explore,
Where dreams take flight, adventures soar.
As a backpacker, I step on your ground,
With wanderlust's fire, I am unbound.
From distant lands, I arrive in awe,
Excitement fills me, as I explore your core.
A bustling terminal, a bustling hive,
Where stories begin, and memories thrive.
Through your gates, I venture with desire,
To mountains, rivers, and cultural attire.
Vietnam's beauty, unveiled before my eyes,
A tapestry of colors, a land that never dies.
Noi Bai, your charm embraces me tight,
Guiding my journey, day and night.
A beacon of discovery, you stand tall,
Fueling my spirit, inspiring me to recall.
In the hustle and bustle, I find my way,
Seeking treasures untold, day by day.
Thank you, Noi Bai, for the memories made,
For being the starting point of my escapade.

Bye Bye Hanoi
#celebratewithtrip
Noi Bai International Airport, the capital of Vietnam, is the second largest and busiest airport. The airport consists of two passenger terminals. Terminal 1 serves domestic flights, and the newly built Terminal 2 ( inaugurated on 4 January 2015 )serves all international flights to and from Hanoi.
It is around 35 kilometers away from downtown Hanoi, and travel time is around 45 minutes by private transfer from a third party website for around SGD 15.
On the check in hall, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and souvenirs shops for your last minute shopping. Proceed to level 2, more restaurants and cafes and a viewing platform to view the plane landing and take off.
Check in, security and passport control is smooth and fast. You will see the lotte duty free shop, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops for you, while you are waiting for your flight.
The lounge is at level two, with a lot of seats, and the variety of food is a lot, of course got free wifi for me to use.

Dao's Care: Best Massage in Town
There's a hidden massage place in Hanoi, but seems to be well known among the Japanese housewifes - its Dao's Care (Unfortunately, I can't tag this exact location above).
The place is hidden in the alley and you just need to go all the way in and turn left at the dead end.
It is a massage place by visually impaired individuals and have a red powder bath which truly helps my cellulite!
The pressure and massage points were so on point!
As the staffs are limited, I truly recommend to make a reservation - which I did, through their Instagram and they reply pretty prompt too!
After the message, if you are feeling hungry, just walk for about 5 minutes to eat cakes at the Artemus Cafe!

Lotus Lounge before you fly
Lotus Lounge is Vietnam Airlines’s lounge at Noi Boi Airport in Hanoi. The lounge is spacious and comfortable, fit for pessangers who want to rest and unwind while waiting for their flights. I was in the lounge on my way back from Hanoi to Hong Kong and I had a relaxing time here as I could enjoy the buffet and had massage using automatic massage chair. The lounge is located close to departure gate, so I have plenty of time to stay in the lounge.
Recommended when you are in Noi Boi Airport.

Dream Trip
#2024wish #falltrip #historicallandmarks #localguides
I want to write a story about my dream trip.
It will be very soon I hope, my dream trip to Asia countries.
I would like to go to Vietnam. And from there may be to other countries, and live there for a few months. I would like to go for long walks in forests and small villages, and I would love to get to know local people and do my paintings and to have long talks with them. Maybe two months of different life and see how it will go.
This journey is not just about the physical places I visit but the personal and artistic growth I'll experience.
Safe travels on a dream trip to Asia

Incredibly LOW price extravaganza in airport
Just before Gate 34 in terminal 2 you’ll discover a hidden TREASURE among the ridiculously priced airport restaurants.
Pho Viet is a wonderful little restaurant that features great Vietnamese food at next-to-normal prices. Burg_r King (we all know that is) charges eight $8 to $12 for just a hamburger!!This charming little restaurant offers a huge bowl of pho (with or without noodles)#airportfood and loads of beef in a tasty authentic broth for $6.. that’s right 150,000 dong you can eat a fantastic dinner or lunch in the airport.
I gave this little restaurant five stars. Get there early, grab a seat and let the stress of the airport melt away.
Bon appetite.

This is my 5th visit to Vietnam but never been to this site in the north part of Vietnam. Ninbinh and all of the towns in the north are so beautiful and I hope to visit and explore more in the north. Hanoi is also a great city and great weather while I was visiting. I booked almost everything from trip.com tho. Looking forward to visiting you again, Vietnam.

Ban Mi @ Hanoi Airport
Address - Star Cafe Hanoi Airport
I had a short trip to Vietnam and must say this was one of the best Ban Mi I had there. It was fresh, crispy and the Vietnamese coffee was cherry on the cake!
