Dandan noodles, Xiaolongbao
It's quite affordable to have lunch here on weekdays. The restaurant has good service and feels comfortable!
First up is the sour and spicy soup, which is rich and has the right balance of sour and spicy. Each bite carries the freshness of mushrooms, tofu and bamboo shoots, paired with a slight spiciness, really appetizing!
This was followed by the tang tang noodles, the noodles were bouncy and served with fragrant sesame sauce and peanut butter for a very rich layer of flavor. The spicy taste is not too strong, quite to my taste!
Then said plum bones, tender flesh, crispy skin with a faint said plum flavor, sour and sweet.
The skin of the small steamed buns is thin and elastic, the bite is full of broth, the meat filling is delicious, with vinegar and ginger strips, the taste is even more excellent. Finally, of course, you can’t miss the potstickers, they are crispy!
