I recently visited Pizza 4P's Tokyo at Azabudai Hills in Tokyo 😊 This restaurant has been on my radar for a while, and I was excited to finally try it out. Note that reservations are a must! In Japan, this is the only branch, located at Azabudai Hills in Tokyo. The main branch is in Vietnam 😊 During my visit, I tried two types of pizza with their half-and-half option. The dough was incredibly chewy and absolutely delicious! The restaurant also features an in-house cheese workshop, and their cheese is simply outstanding. #Spring0yentrip I went to Pizza 4P's in Azabudai Hills, which I had been longing for 🍕 When I went to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, a Vietnamese acquaintance told me that this restaurant is run by a Japanese couple in Ho Chi Minh City and is very delicious and recommended, so I should definitely go! However, I didn't have time to go, and soon after, it opened in Azabudai Hills as a reverse import, so I was very happy, but it quickly became popular and I couldn't make a reservation when I wanted to go, and it's been a year since it opened and baked, and I was finally able to go this time 😍 Thankfully, I was able to sit at the counter in front of the open kitchen ✨ First of all, the menu book is a style I've never seen before, so you can enjoy it like a magazine 🎵 Cheers with original craft beer 🍻 The seasonal tartare is tuna and pear tartare. Not only is it beautiful to look at, but it's also delicious!! 🩷 I was surprised that tuna and pear go so well together 🫢 For the main course, I ordered two half and half pizzas. The signature menu pizza and margherita topped with burrata cheese made in the shop, cheese pizza topped with curry and honey 🧀 Freshly baked in the oven, everything is amazing 🍕💕 The red sea bream and saffron risotto is also so delicious that you should definitely order it! For dessert, I ordered diramisu 🤎 This was the first time I'd ever eaten such a moist tiramisu with a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness! It was so delicious that it was definitely worth waiting a month for a reservation! Pizza Poppy's, already famous in Southeast Asia including Vietnam! It's an Italian restaurant owned by a Japanese couple :) Finally opened in Tokyo Azabu Dai Hills! The store is not large, but it opened recently, so it's clean and the interior is luxurious ㅎㅎ All the staff are friendly, and the taste is just as impressive as the one I had in Vietnam! :) I recommend searching on Google and making a reservation!
