This particular corner of Shajing Central park is a replica of what seemed to be a warrior's pit. In the Roman era, they use these venues for gladiatorial games. These are battles between the strongest and bravest warriors at that time. Bloodsport as we call it nowadays. Today, this ampitheater~like venue are used to host open concert for local artists, for a light show and even for dance mob (with the old aunties). And audience gather round the area to watch the performances. This is a newly~renovated Roman era~themed park in the center of Shajing subdistrict in Baoan. The park is called XINQIAO CIVIC SQUARE or more popularly known as the Shajing Center Square. This park is located at 166 Xinsha Road, Baoan Qu, Shenzhen city, Guangdong province, China. This park is a wide spread of concrete and greens for the locals to enjoy running, walking, group dancing, and photo shoots. Those tall Roman columns, the warrior pit and the clock tower are all good location for photo ops. Very instagrammable. There are a few food stalls and shops on the side of the park so you don't need to worry if you get hungry from Strolling around the park.
