Winter Wonderland at Shiroi Koibito Park
Visited the chocolate factory on my recent trip to Hokkaido and the snow truly made the place a winter wonderland. Indulge in the ice cream sold from a store outside the main building and watch a music performance when the clock strikes 12!
The best time to visit would be right when the park opens as there will be less visitors during that time. Take note that there are no duty free in stores starting Jan this year!
White snow, white chocolate, white Christmas
#skiadventure
If you plan to go to Japan for the winter, Sapporo in Hokkaido, Japan is highly recommended. Not only is the snow soft and white, there are many more activities to do there. You can visit the ski resort which has many nice slopes for adult, children, beginners or advanced. Perfect for a ski adventure trip! You can also visit the famous Ishiya white chocolate factory to see how it was made. Of course don’t forget the fresh sashimi at affordable price!

White lover cookies is my favorite cookies for over 20 years, but never had chance to visit the factory. We watched the factory line, museum and taste the cocoa beans. We love the most is we made our own cookies whichever way we like and they bake for us. As a memory for this trip we could have our own photos on the white lover cover.#境外遊 #foodie

In the cold winter, would you like some dessert to warm your heart? Go to white lovers Park, a famous dessert base in Hokkaido. This is the location of the White Lover factory that makes white lover biscuits. After entering the building, you can browse and understand the factory history and assembly line according to the tour route. It is only recently that the factory has been renovated and is temporarily closed to the outside world. Others can still be opened as usual. After arriving at the top floor, there will be a white lovers experience workshop, which mainly provides biscuit making experience. You can make an appointment in advance or line up on site. Next to it is a dessert restaurant. I ordered a dessert with white chocolate flavor. It has strong milk flavor, soft bread and sweet fruit. It's worth tasting~
Shiroi Koibito Park was a place that we thought about visiting before changing our minds and then changing our minds back again. We weren't sure we'd have enough time due to the fact that, though in Sapporo, the park is not that close to the downtown area of the city. However, after spending most of the day at the Jozankei Onsen village we got back to central Sapporo with enough time to see the famed factory after all.
The first thing one notices upon entering the factory's gates is the beautiful rose garden. It was magical to walk through the gardens and see the beautiful varieties of roses on display, most of which were still in full bloom. A large number of the roses were David Austin breeds which I love and have in my own garden at home so that was a special treat.
Once inside the factory building, we opted for the standard tour that allows you to view the production before depositing you in a large gift shop. The production area was absolutely spotless and seemed to run like a well-oiled machine [in typical Japanese fashion]. Even the gift shop was nice, with many special items that could only be purchased at the factory location. Well worth the visit.

Sweet world, Hokkaido White Lovers Park ~
White Lovers Chocolate factory is the production and display of white lovers chocolate. Its central building is a European classical castle with an English atmosphere.
White Lovers Factory, unlike the conventional factory, is like a beautiful fairy tale world, antique conjoined English castle, small bridge between green trees, timed bell tower performance, will turn The dancing "chef", the wonderful music box music, and various rides bring the tourists back to the pure fantasy of childhood. The architectural charm of the
factory comes from its beautiful style and exquisite construction. All the building materials are imported from the UK. The interior furnishings, lighting and various small details are very elegant, giving elegance and elegance. Visual enjoyment. The
white lovers factory not only has a dream park to attract tourists, but also a factory line that is actually producing products. Visitors can watch the whole process of production through the glass window. The retro design makes the production room full of fun. Employees skillfully add chocolate to the biscuits on the conveyor belt, then cool, pack, and produce in an orderly manner.
In addition to watching the "White Lovers" production line, there is also a "Chocolate Time Tunnel" in the castle, which recreates the scene of the 19th century British chocolate factory, as if it were placed in the kingdom of chocolate.
Chinese people have two distinct attitudes towards white lovers biscuits. People who like them like it very much and don't like to be particularly excluded. Because the two slices of pizza are sandwiched with white chocolate, they are especially sweet. Relatively speaking, the middle is black and smart, and the sweetness is weaker. It is only that the black and white lovers are far less popular in China than in the white.
There are also a few tree houses to decorate, it is really the ultimate in dream details.
Entering the interior of the castle, the first floor displays a variety of goods for white lovers. When I arrived at the second floor, I was deeply shocked. It was a European court! I think the designer is designed to avoid the winter fountain water being frozen, so it is designed indoors! The effect on the scene is really beautiful!
Of course, we often buy biscuits, white lovers still come out of the cake roll, but I think the most worth looking forward to is the wedding cake, which is the product I think is the most consistent with the name. Each one is a piece of art. Of course, these are food models. I think these Japanese things are relatively different between the buyer show and the buyer show.
This is because I lost my way, but I couldn't find a white lover. I found an excellent portrait shooting scene. When we thought that today's chocolate factory was closed, thank you to everyone who knows the factory today. When I was out of business, even when a tourist couldn't find it, I suddenly looked up and found that the building on the corner of the street was not the familiar scene I had seen on the Internet, but I was really wrong when I saw a little fresh and fresh. In the process of finding a chocolate factory, the object ~
entered the site opposite the factory by mistake. This seems to be the training ground of a football club in Hokkaido. There is no competition or training. It looks extraordinarily cold~ Because of this, there can be a lot of time, and there is no crowded shooting~
Please forgive me for a long time and I dont know the exact place name here, in short, opposite the door of the White Lovers Chocolate Factory, red The dining bar is both conspicuous and easy to find~

Shiroi Koibito Park
#thingstodo It is a very good place for kids. You are able to see the cookie/chocolate production line,to understand how the cookies been made.
there is also a cafeteria inside the main building. I highly recommend the ice cream.
Also there is a small park next to the main factory campus also. kids are able to cosplay many characters there.
If you never been here, plan half day to visit here would be nice.
Shiroi Kobita Park
Are you a fan of the Shiroi Koibito white choc biscuits? Check this out! This is a great place to visit any season of the year. The time we went there , just encountered so many visitors, but it was festive. History suggests that the founder should be making chocolate but decided to focus on pastries or cookies instead . An exhibit on how it was done was rather superficially demonstrated. But I suggest buying their specialties at the store or having soft ice cream or coffee at their coffee shop. This place has so many photo stops.
I want to travel here again.

White Lover Park
The theme park for making white lovers is not big, there will be robot performances on the wall at a fixed point, and the white ice cream is a must-eat! The price inside is a little bit cheaper than outside.
Tanuki Koji Shopping Street
Hokkaido's oldest arcade shopping street, with chain restaurants and snack foods, as well as clothing department stores, you can also buy a lot of souvenir fridge magnets, etc.
About Otaru
The main filming location of the movie 'Love Letter'
There is a beautiful snow scene along the coastal railway-Chaoli Station
A day trip is actually enough to check in the main attractions
You must go to Tengu Mountain!
Otaru one-day tour guide:
Buy JR (train) directly from Sapporo Station to Otaru, there are many shifts, and the whole journey is less than 1 hour, and you can also swipe the traffic card.
Route:
1. Morning: Take the JR from Sapporo Station-Chaoli Station (see the sea + take pictures)
2. Noon: Get off at Otaru-Walk to Otaru Canal (Music Box Museum/Glass Pavilion/Matcha Ice Cream/Seafood Covered Rice, there are many desserts and food on this road)
3. Afternoon: Otaru Station——Bus to Tengu Mountain——Take pictures on the mountain——Coffee at the observatory
4. Evening: Take night view photos at the observatory (you must wait for the night view before going down the mountain, the night view here is worth tens of millions, although it is very cold, but it is super worth) Some people live in Otaru, we directly take the JR back to Sapporo city, and then go to eat a bowl of hot soup curry
The relationship and distance between Sapporo and Otaru are a bit similar to Hangzhou and Shaoxing, very close and convenient. The attractions are also concentrated, and a day trip is just right. Sapporo is more lively and convenient, and Otaru has fewer people and more flavor

White Lover Chocolate Factory
🍫This is a very popular attraction located in the south of the city center. There is a chocolate factory and a chocolate museum here, where you can learn about the history and production process of chocolate. You need to buy a ticket to enter the museum for a visit.
🍫Of course, if you want to experience making it yourself, there is a project on the third floor where you can experience making chocolate and drawing cookies. It is very suitable for making and giving to others! Full of ceremony! You can experience making chocolate for only 800 yen! It's really worth it.
From making chocolate to selecting ingredients, every detail is carefully considered. There are over 10 types of ingredients to choose from. We recommend the salty soda crackers and dried strawberries. Each person can choose up to three types of ingredients.
The whole process only takes 15 minutes to bring your own chocolate home. From making to packaging, you can participate in it personally, which is really fulfilling. Holding the check-in card is simply amazing!
After making chocolate 🍫, you can go out to the courtyard to take photos! The European-style buildings are all beautiful to take pictures 📷! Especially in snowy weather, it's like a dream here, just like in a Korean drama! At the same time, there is a courtyard and a café here, where you can taste delicious chocolate and coffee. The White Lover specialty store in the building has various souvenirs, and the prices are also very reasonable. We recommend trying the White Lover pudding 🍮!
Per capita consumption: 1600 Japanese yen
