Central Canteen's salty but oily soy sauce dip noodles
There are many ramen restaurants in this small alley called Gough Street. This time we came to Zhouyue, which has been recommended by the Michelin Bib Gourmand for two consecutive years.
📍Location: Near Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit A2, walk up the mountain for about seven minutes, next to the bank.
🏠Environment: The storefront is Japanese-style wood, and the interior is rectangular. There are bars on both sides, the kitchen is on the right, and a wooden square table for four people at the back. The overall decoration is full of Japanese flavor.
🤵🏻Service: Manual orders will be charged an extra one.
🍽️Lunch: Ramen and tsukemen are available, and the best thing is that you can choose the amount of noodles.
🍜Zhouyue Dip Noodles $111
200g of thick cold noodles with a bowl of very rich 🥲 but oily soup base, and the soup has barbecued pork, but more fat 🥲, there are also bamboo shoots and green onions, and the noodles are quite soft and chewy, with good ability to hold soup, with half a soft-boiled egg, the whole noodle dish seems very monotonous except for the large amount of noodles. The more you eat the sauce with noodles, the more addictive it becomes. The sauce has the aroma of soy sauce and the taste of dried fish. It is quite special, but too greasy. You can eat it once.
🍜Spicy Dipping Noodles (Cold Noodles with Thick Sauce 200g) $111
This is what my friend ordered. I tried a sip of the soup. It was bright red with a layer of oil on the surface. It was very spicy🥰 and very satisfying😍. 😌But the ingredients are very few.
