I stayed overnight at a sauna located near Shanghai Hongqiao Airport. I arrived at Pudong Airport but had to take a 40 minute train ride. It was so clean and had lots of individual booths. They had everything you could want, from disposable underwear to toothbrushes to shampoo and conditioner. All-you-can-eat juice, fruit, and Haagen-Dazs. I don't think the bath was a hot spring, but for some reason it made my skin super smooth. The exfoliation was a little different from the Korean style, but that was nice too. 199 RMB for 40 minutes. About 550 RMB for the exfoliation. It's also very convenient to catch the train from Hongqiao Station early in the morning. Overall, I recommend this place.
