Majestic Sunyaragi Cave Park
It is definitely one of a kind, beautiful and unique structure, you could not find in other cities or countries.
The cave-like structure is surrounded by not-so-shallow pool or dry pit, so if you want to walk into the cave, you need to walk on the narrow paths provided as part of the structure.
The entryway of the cave is narrow and short, so you need to be really careful with your head to prevent you bump onto the rock (it was really painful, trust me).
If you like to take pictures, this is the place you should go. With the rocks basically carved in uneven and natural-like way, you could get a lot of different images even if you only move a little bit.
This park is in the heart of the city, so taking a ride is really easy and quick. I take Gocar or Grabcar (online taxi) to go to this park.
The best time to go is in the morning/early afternoon to avoid the burning sun and crowds.

Sunyaragi Cave
Its my 2nd visit to goa sunyaragi, always find the place to be unique and camera friendly, each spot can give you a different feeling and definitely can’t go wrong for a picture taking. It’s a former water palace for cirebon’s Sultan (king). Sunyaragi served as a meditation place for the sultans, with caves and resting platforms (back then hidden behind curtains of falling water). Recommended to use tour guide provided on the entrance (no formal fee, pay as you like) to enrich you understanding about gua sunyaragi plus they can assist you on taking a picture, and please go there early in the morning or in the afternoon to avoid cirebon scorching sun.

Sunyaragi
Sunyaragi cave is a former water royal residence for the sultans of Cirebon, in the Indonesian island of Java. It was once encompassed by water, with lakes, washing pools and cascades. Its name gets from the words sunyi raga which signify “quiet frame” in the Javanese dialect. Sunyaragi filled in as a contemplation put for the sultans, with caverns and resting stages taken cover behind drapes of falling water, permitting serene and private asylum from the world.
The extent of this place approximately is about 15 hectares. This place consists of two parts: the first part is the rest house and the second part is several caves.
