One of the ceilings of Macau Japanese barbecue
Recently I finally ate at the "Hideyoshi" yakiniku restaurant that I have always wanted to try. There are eighteen Japanese sake vending machines in the store, which is very unique and perfect for checking in. There were five of us in our group, and we finally chose a set meal for 2-3 people, and then ordered some skewers separately.
This restaurant is really great. After you place your order, the waiter will serve you directly at the table, cook it for you, and cut it into the right size for you to eat. After ordering, all you have to do is sit back and wait.
The set meal includes salad, appetizer, meat platter and main course. The salad was very fresh and I chose chicken skin dumplings as an appetizer. The skin was super crispy and delicious. The meat at A5 melts in your mouth with a burst of oil. The meat is seasoned with a little salt, but there are also some sauces you can order on the table. Because the meat is a bit greasy, it is more refreshing to eat it with shredded green onions. The squid is super delicious and the shrimp is also very fresh and chewy. For the main course, I chose truffle chicken hotpot, which was light in taste and very delicious.
We ordered beef tongue with chopped green onions and some skewers, which were all delicious. Finally, the store also served desserts, which ended this perfect meal.
