High-quality Teppanyaki dinner on Christmas Eve
I plan to take my wife to a Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant to celebrate Christmas Eve. At Teppanyaki Sesshu, we will have a high-end Japanese meal prepared by a professional chef that can satisfy your vision, taste and heart. ☺️

The restaurant is located in Kai Ping Road, Causeway Bay, a commercial building that is home to a large number of high-end cuisines. The decoration is elegant and open, while being clean and hygienic. The teppanyaki was prepared by Chef Happy in front of us, and she chatted and laughed with us, making the dinner atmosphere quite pleasant, and the quality of the food was of course quite high 🤩
🌟Dinner Set - $1,688/person
We chose two different teppanyaki sets so that we could share different ingredients from both sets. The difference between the two sets is actually the choice between duck liver with lobster or seasonal seafood with cod crab legs. The other ingredients are the same.
🌟Aperitif
First of all, before the dishes are served, each person will be served a glass of yuzu sake. The sake is quite refreshing, the taste of alcohol is not strong at all, and it can warm the stomach and stimulate the appetite🤣
🌟Pay first
Then there is a fresh salad with grapefruit vinegar. The salad vegetables are fresh, and cherry tomatoes and bread crumbs are added to enhance the taste 😂
🌟French duck liver
We use duck liver from France, which is very big. It melts in your mouth after being fried. It tastes great. The chef adds balsamic vinegar to make the taste more fragrant.
🌟Live lobster
The chef said that the restaurant uses Western Australian lobsters, which have firm, thick and sweet meat. The chef uses salted egg yolks in the same way as cooking crabs to stir-fry the lobster paste, and then pours it on the lobster meat, which is very delicious and attractive. Accompanied by vanilla sauce, lobster meat will have a more fragrant flavor😍
🌟Seasonal seafood
The seasonal fish is the grouper, a type of marine fish. The fish meat is sweet and chewy, paired with fish soup made from fish bones and fried mushroom slices. The fish soup is so delicious that you can't stop eating it😚
🌟Had crab legs
Use the cod crab legs from Hokkaido, eat the meat in large pieces, fresh and tender, it is sweet when eaten alone, and the flavor is more prominent when paired with crab vinegar 😋
🌟Japanese abalone
We use Hokkaido abalone, which is big and tender. It is paired with fresh seaweed sauce that goes well with abalone. The freshness is unforgettable. The chef's specially cooked, very crispy abalone teeth are also impressive🥰
🌟Wagyu Beef Thin Roast
We use A4 Omi beef, and both sets are available with thin or thick cuts. The chef will grill the thinly sliced wagyu beef and sandwich it with green onions and garlic slices to make wagyu rolls. The wagyu beef is tender but not greasy, full of fragrance, and the garlic slices greatly enhance the taste. The chef will put the wagyu roll on the bread baked from a high-end bakery. The bread is crispy and full of wheat aroma🤭
🌟Wagyu beef thick grill
The same A4 Omi beef is used, and the thick cuts are larger than expected. After being burned, they are cut into cubes. The taste is smooth and fragrant, the gravy is rich, and the taste is outstanding. It will also be served with crispy bread to reduce the greasiness 😉
🌟Nozawa bacon fried rice
The staple food is fried rice with vegetables, eggs and bacon, which is fragrant and filling 😜
🌟Japanese stir-fried vegetables
Use sprouts from Japan and stir-fry with chives, it is fresh and sweet, and can also relieve greasiness 😁
🌟Miso soup
Fragrant and smooth, you can tell it's not made with miso powder, but delicious miso soup 😛
🌟Fragrant things
It is a Japanese pickle, which tastes good and can lighten the taste buds😌
🌟Japanese Fruits
The fruit of the day was a piece of sweet Japanese honeydew melon, which was the perfect ending 🥳
