This restaurant open early, so for the early bird, you can try out this western style breakfast if when bored with JB local food. Food portion are big, try to share if you are smaller eater. Their American Breakfast is nice as well as French Toast. Coffee is good but tea selection is quite limited. A clean, nice cozy restaurant. We spent our Deepavali holidays here in Johor Bahru. While strolling around the city, we managed to find few eateries and cafe which I think are worth Trip sharing. First we went to The Replacement Lodge & Kitchen. We had their churros which is the best in town, their Ice Cream Brownies and cafe Latte. Next 2 doors, is the small ice cream corner, The Ice Cream Project. I kid you not, their handmade-from-scratch ice cream are better than most famous ones. We had their Butterscotch flavour. So flavourful! Don’t forget to try their ice cream, ONLY IN JB😄 The vintage style street are full with murals and beautifully drawn art. This is where the famous old-style Marrybrown is located. There is also a famous chicken chop corner you should try when coming here, The IT Roo Cafe. Next we went to a concept cafe in Pasir Gudang located around 40minutes from the city centre to enjoy the eatery at Grumpy Goat & Friends. Such a beautiful cafe with spots to fill your instagram. The food and drinks tasted good enough for the price, after all, it’s the concept that we enjoyed so much. Want to spend a weekend cafe hopping in singapore but it literally burns a hole in your pocket! Why not head over to johor bahru and make this a bucketlist weekend trip with your friends. #myfoodies The Repacement lodge & kitchen is properly one of the best brunch that I ever had in JB. its located in jalan Dohbly in the central of Johor Bahru .it’s open everyday from 9.30am to 4.30pm. it’s Melbourne inspired eatery with multi specialty roast coffee. the big breakfast is rich and tastes. they also serve one of the best churos here you must pair with their homemade salted egg sauce . it’s really good. you could spend the whole brunch hour here before you kick start your day. there are some other nearby attraction by walking distance . car park is limited suggest you come here by public transport . #brunch #johor #jb #foods

Situated near customs, we took a grab around rm6 to get here from ciq. The food wasn’t super cheap but the quality was there, along with great service staff. The churros was delicious but the sauce a bit too sweet as we ordered French toast also. Should have ordered 2 saltish mains instead of 2 desserts lol. Toilet was linked to the showroom beside, so it’s just a sliding door away. There is a lot of cafes located right across the road from the malaysia custom where one deserve a shoutout is the replacement lodge and kitchen cafe located at 33, Jalan Dhoby, Bandar Johor Bahru, 80000 Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. Prices are definitely much cheaper in singapore but coffee and the egg benedict hits the spot. Do not have much photos this time from the cafe as I took more videos of this cafe!
