The Witchery by the Castle in Edinburgh, like traveling back in time

🏰🔮The Witchery by the Castle
📍352 Castlehill The Royal Mile, Edinburgh, Scotland
This time, I stayed at The Witchery by the Castle, located in the historic Old Town of Edinburgh. It really felt like traveling back in time. The location is very convenient, with the Camera Obscura and World of Illusions, the Scotch Whisky Experience, and the William Wallace Statue nearby, all within walking distance. 👍
📸✨The hotel is in a great location, on the Royal Mile, with convenient transportation. From the exterior to the interior, it exudes a classical Gothic style. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was attracted by the mysterious and solemn atmosphere. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, quickly checked us in, and gave us a detailed introduction to nearby restaurants and attractions, which was very thoughtful. 🎩
🛏️💖Our room was super large, with lots of details, especially the Heriot Suite, which offered beautiful views of the Old Town without the hustle and bustle of the Royal Mile. The room decor was unique, with a perfect combination of humor and elegance. I especially liked the standalone clawfoot bathtub, placed in the center of the room, which really felt like bathing in a jewelry box. The room didn't lack modern equipment, with an LCD TV, wardrobe, and various facilities, as well as slippers, a bathtub, a hairdryer, and other amenities. 🍷
🎯🍽️The hotel's restaurant was also a very unique experience. Although some people have reported that the restaurant's service is inconsistent, my personal experience was very good. We specifically made a reservation for dinner and ordered venison and confit duck leg, which were simply delicious. I highly recommend that guests try this restaurant, but remember to make a reservation in advance. After dinner, we went to Quinn's Cafe nearby for some dessert, which was also a great choice. 🍰
📍✨As a landmark hotel in the ancient city of Edinburgh, the surrounding attractions are also not to be missed. The Palace of Holyroodhouse is nearby, and walking on the Royal Mile really feels like traveling through time. Edinburgh's nightlife is very rich, so be sure to explore and see more, and you'll definitely gain a lot.
This trip to Edinburgh was truly unforgettable, with the hotel offering an experience like traveling back in time, making it a great place for a special celebration. I look forward to experiencing this unique charm again next time. 🔔💫
