Great Beach with Sunrise view rooms

#summerbreak #beach #desaru We booked the family room and it comes with 1 Queen size bed and 1 single bed. The room is spacious, comfortable, properly furnished, good view & clean. All rooms has Beach views. It’s a 3 mins walk to beach. The beach is nice, very clean and quiet. The swimming pool has alot of sand which is pretty normal since its just beside the beach but they do clean it daily. Staff was kind and helpful, all of our requests were properly and timely handled. There is a lot of dining options within 5-10 mins drive. Breakfast was average, simple food like bread, nasi lemak, nasi goreng, mee hoon goreng, porridge, noodles, egg stations and fruits which is sufficient for me. Spa was OK. Make reservation early. Cost RM190 for 60 mins for traditional massage.

Birthday weekend in Tioman Island resort😎

Impromptu weekend trip for my birthday was decided. Drive thru Johor Bahru then Kota Tinggi and took a ferry from Mersing Harbour Centre. First ever visit in this hidden gem Tioman Island resort named Tunamaya Beach Resort and enjoyed the quietness and beauty of the nature. Truly a must for those who are into nature trip and relaxing weekend trip. It’s a bucket list checked! 😉😎❤️

Tunamaya Beach & Spa Resort is a place that I love to go repeatedly for quick vacation because its 1-hour drive from my home, the scenery is beautiful, the room is huge and comfortable for small family of four like us and not to forget the breakfast provided is variety and scrumptious too. Back in the year 2020, when our world hit by a pandemic..all industries can't fully operated and every hotel in Malaysia make an initiative to promote with voucher selling. My siblings and I grab the voucher without any hesitation because it's totally cheap and worth buying it. RM100 per room per night. In the morning, the sun on the sea spilled into the room, the coconut trees danced in the sea breeze; in the evening, swinging on the swings to see the sunset of the Straits of Malacca, strolling by the sea, swimming in the pool, enjoying the food. This trip to Malaysia, the first time I stayed at the beach was on the coast of Desaru, and Tunamaya Beach and Spa Resort left me with a deep memory.

The resort has a beautiful, clean private beach, so there’s no need to visit the public one. The beachfront location is perfect, offering direct access to the beach, where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the refreshing sea breeze. The check-in process was incredibly fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, making for a comfortable stay. However, I did notice that the rooms and corridors are showing run down and they could do some renovations to improve it. The resort also has ample parking space, which is convenient if you’re driving. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of options to start the day. Most of the rooms have now been renovated and are simple and clean, and it is a reasonable and comfortable place to stay among the hotels in Desaru, where prices are rising. 80% of all rooms are connecting rooms, so a family of 4-8 people can stay in two rooms. The hotel has a large pool and private beach, where you can relax and enjoy the resort atmosphere. Right after that , they can hop to the beach for beach activity. we have book 2 room deluxe and superior , both room are newly refurbish is look clean and new bed. the room has balcony that facing sea view . overall stay here was good with the price offering. breakfast was okay . although KL-Desaru is quite far (5hours drive whoa!) but its been a great escapade. desaru is tranquill, quiet and great place just to be by the beach and sleep in the hotel room.
