When we reach a certain point, we believe that people want to escape from the chaos of the big city to nature. This is the inspiration for staying at this resort, which is part of the All (Accor Live Limitless) group.
I came back to stay here again after many years because I feel calm every time I stay and relax here. The resort is quite far from the city, like a little escape from the outside world. It is decorated in the style of Northern Thai culture and is modern, blending perfectly with the nature surrounded by mountains.
For this vacation, I chose the Plunge Pool Pavilion room, which allows you to soak in the water and sip some wine. It's great. You don't have to think too much. Just let your mind be free. The room has cute Welcome Amenities from the staff. In the room, there are baskets, cloth bags, and slippers for us to use during our stay in the hotel. The bathroom has very fragrant Bath Amenities in refillable bottles, giving a very spa-like feel.
**The service is 10/10, from the receptionist, the buggy driver to the room, and the restaurant staff. They are very good. They speak well, ask questions, and provide better information than many other places I've stayed.
**Some days, the swimming pool might be a bit crowded, but it is a beautiful highlight. Especially during the sunset in the evening, it is breathtakingly beautiful. It is one of the few hotels in Chiang Mai that has a swimming pool for use.
**Breakfast is moderate, not a lot. On the day I went, the main dishes were fried rice with eggs, stir-fried pork with ginger, chicken congee, and you can order various egg dishes as usual. Sitting and eating while enjoying the view in the morning on a nice day is great.
**Those who come to the resort may see the cats named Som and Dam in the lobby. They are very cute and fat. But watch out for Som's paws.
