This beach, located in the center of Beidaihe, has brought generations of people joyful memories of the sea. 🍏The name of the Tiger Stone comes from a folk legend. When Emperor Qin Shi Huang was on his eastern tour, he passed by the seaside of Beidaihe and encountered a mountain blocking his way. Qin Shi Huang used his whip to drive away the mountain god, causing the mountain to crumble and the debris to fly to the seaside, transforming into a group of colorful tigers. Qin Shi Huang chased after them to the seaside, where the tigers knelt down and begged for mercy. Qin Shi Huang then turned them into reef stones, forever leaving them on this beach. It is because of these reef stones that resemble a group of tigers that the Tiger Stone got its name. 🍏 Tiger Stone Park is well-known, with a superior geographical location and many Russian-style buildings nearby. Being there gives a feeling of exoticism. The beach has a gentle slope into the sea and the water quality is good, making it a must-visit spot for many tourists, especially in the summer when it is crowded with visitors. 🍏 In winter, come to Tiger Stone Park to watch the sea. Although the crowds have dispersed, there are only a few tourists, which makes Tiger Stone Park more peaceful and vast. Standing on the reef, looking out to the sea, only the sky and sea are connected, without boundaries. The sea water beats against the reef on the shore, creating white waves. The sun shines on the sea surface, and the waves sparkle like shining broken silver. Everything is so beautiful. It’s the tourism spot in Qinhuangdao, where you can see the mountains and lake with waterfall. I visited there in May 2019; very crowded in National holidays and Spring Festival. This scenic valley has limited transportation. You need to have private resources to get into this beautiful place to enjoy the swinging pendulum on the top of the mountain and glass bridges that link the different peaks of those mountains.

Dr. Sinbeson Theme park in Beidaihe,Qinhuangdao! This theme park is small but super nice! You can explore the castle inside and if you go up to the roof it offers a beautiful view of the park! There was a nice restaurant and bar too! The ticket price is only 10 rmb! #themepark #themeparks
