I finished a big project this morning so I took the afternoon off and visited Zimaling Park, 紫马岭公园 , in Zhongshan. A highlight for flower lovers and photographers alike is probably the rose garden, which is just inside the south gate on Bo'Ai Rd, 博爱路, and features dozens of varieties of roses. There are also several large grassy fields where people sit out or have a picnic, each surrounded by flower gardens or shaded by different kinds of trees. It was truly refreshing to wander around and take photos after being stuck at my desk for so long. Zimaling gets quite busy on the weekends, but if you can go during normal business hours you'll enjoy open space and tranquility. Now, the chance has arrived! Departing from Shenzhen and traveling across the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge to Zhongshan, a journey full of surprises is about to begin. On the Road Starting from Shenzhen, take the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway and transfer to the Yanjiang Expressway mainline to reach the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge directly. Admire the magnificent seascape of the Lingdingyang and feel the gentle caress of the sea breeze. The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge integrates "bridge - island - tunnel - underwater interchange," with a main tower about 270m high, equivalent to a ninety-story building. The road surface is very wide, with eight lanes in both directions. Arriving in Zhongshan Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Former Residence: This is the birthplace of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, a key national cultural relic preservation site. | Who's visiting for the fourth time and still not tired of it! 🥰 This is my fourth time visiting Zhongshan since the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge. This time I took the bus 🚌 18💰, which is more convenient, relaxing, and cheaper than driving myself. 😍 The reason I am not tired of visiting for the fourth time is that the food is really delicious and cheap, and the roads are easy to walk and convenient. 🍲 Route: Take the subway from Qianhaiwan Station to Zhongshan Expo Center. 🕹 Xiangjiao Qunji Breakfast: Shredded Chicken and Clam Congee, fresh and big oysters 🦪 🏞 After eating, go to Zimaling Park to see Xiangshan Library and get close to nature.
