The Panoramic Elevator is one of the recommended spots in Luxembourg. It's a hidden spot deep in the old town that you can enjoy for free! The 150-meter elevator connects the underground city with the old town on the cliff. The Ram Plateau is located near the Neumünster Abbey Cultural Center, which I introduced last time. It's not a plateau as you might imagine, but more like a hill.
