Wat Prachakom Wanaram (Wat Pa Kung), Roi Et Province This temple is not very well known. Even I, a Roi Et native, don't know about it. I've been here for 25 years and this is the first time I've been there. The temple is shady and cool. You can hear the sounds of monkeys or gibbons chirping in the forest. There are also beautiful peacocks spreading their wings. You can see them up close. There are clean and comfortable restrooms. When we arrived, it was late afternoon and the light was starting to dim. However, the atmosphere was not too hot. It was quite a long walk. I recommend bringing water with you in case your throat gets dry. Haha The atmosphere is very good.
