This place is paradise! The hotel is stunning, the beach is amazing, and the staff are genuinely kind and incredibly sweet. During our weeklong stay, we felt so well cared for and received so much attention. A huge thank you to Christian for the unforgettable morning smoothies, Francisco for taking great care of our room, and for all the creative towel tortoises and crabs that delighted my child. My time at Sugar Beach was beyond incredible. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, and the location felt like a true paradise. Lucas at reception gave me a warm welcome and a tour; he was both charming and professional. Room service was flawless, and I loved the handwritten note from the housekeeping team, ensuring everything was perfect. Christian at the fruit bar was a delight every morning with his cheerful and friendly demeanor. The resort is impeccably maintained, and the staff were always helpful and kind. It was an enchanting experience, and I can't wait to return!

We recently returned from an amazing trip to Sugar Beach Resort. Chelsey warmly greeted us and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. For our anniversary, we were treated to a complimentary dinner at Mare Mare, which was truly special, along with a delightful cake 🥰. The hotel and its sister property feature stunning, well-maintained grounds. There’s an excellent selection of restaurants; our favorites were Buddha Bar, Mare Mare, and Coconut Café. (The only minor downside was the evening buffet, which offered somewhat repetitive options.) Breakfast, however, was excellent—special thanks to the omelette chef for consistently delicious creations. The beach was beautiful and well-maintained. We loved that no matter the time of day, sunbeds were always available. The location offers breathtaking sunsets, which made the experience even more magical. We highly recommend the resort for a relaxing holiday, and it’s conveniently close to plenty of sightseeing opportunities. Choosing this hotel and area for our winter getaway was perfect—the weather on this side of the island ranged between 25-27 degrees, ideal for the season. Although the pool temperature was quite cool, we still enjoyed swimming, and the sea was noticeably warmer. We brought beach shoes after seeing reviews about coral and sea urchins. While they’re not necessary for swimming close to shore, they were helpful for exploring further out. The colonial design of the hotel was beautiful. Although we had read comments about the hotel feeling dated, we didn’t find that to be the case. Despite being 29 years old, the property is well cared for and has undergone modern upgrades over the years. We wouldn’t hesitate to return because it fulfilled all our expectations.

Our stay at Sugar Beach was outstanding: a stunning setting, top-notch staff, and incredible attentiveness. A big thank you to Wasim for ensuring everything was perfect, and also to Stephan, Joy, and Françoise. The room was spotless, the breakfast incredibly varied, and the resort's restaurants very enjoyable (we especially loved Mare Mare and Buddha Bar). We just spent 10 nights at Sugar Beach. This was our second visit, and it definitely won't be our last. I can't fault anything about this hotel—the staff, food, and its location are simply excellent. During our previous stay, we brought our daughters, and we all loved it. This time, we came as a couple, and it was just as delightful. The adult pool is perfect for relaxing during the day, while evenings at Buddha bring lively entertainment and a refreshing change of pace. This might be my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at. We stayed in a room by the pool and beach at Sugar Beach. The service, ambiance, and hotel were flawless. The infinity pool overlooks the ocean and the sunset—absolutely stunning. Sorab provided exceptional poolside service, always going above and beyond. Sandro was equally helpful when we checked out. We’re already planning to come back next year!

Melissa, who remembered me from last year, was so kind, and her service was flawless. Davison impressed me by always recalling my drink order without needing a reminder. Manager Santoo greeted me warmly by name every time we crossed paths. The remarkable team members, including Cader, Pierre, Cavi, Adier, Adam’s, Kersley, Lucas, Dylan, and the lovely Christine, all contributed to making my stay exceptional. However, the reception team could use some improvement. After a long journey and arriving early in the morning, the initial information was shared at such a fast pace that it felt overwhelming. Once done, you're just left to wait until check-in. The reception staff doesn't seem to display the same level of care or helpfulness as the rest of the wonderful team.
