The fact that basic amenities and tableware were provided was also a merit and the soft bedding that rivaled those of hotels gave off a ho-kang feeling :) However, the fact that there was no shower in the bathroom and the view was as dark as it looked in the picture was very disappointing There was no sunlight in the room, it was so different from the picture I told the receptionist several times but they said it was fully booked even though I checked on Trip.com that the same room for the same date was still available and they belatedly informed me that all rooms with the same condition as the room we booked were on the first floor (It was marked as G-10th floor when we booked, but we booked it much cheaper than the market price, and even if we told them more, it would have been inconvenient for both of us, so we just stayed 😅) Regardless of the truth, I was a little disappointed by the poor receptionist's response!
