From the parking lot you get a great view of the ocean. Also the drive to here as you head towards Shoryu-ji (#36) is really stunning on a nice sunny day. One of Kochi Prefecture's bike touring spots. The view from the parking lot is good, but the view from the observation deck is also the best. The sea view on a sunny day will soothe you.
