25 minutes by taxi from the airport for €35, we were dropped at reception where a charming gentleman checked us in and kindly explained the resort layout using a map. After a short walk up the hill to our apartment, we quickly dropped off our bags and headed to the restaurant for dinner. The meal started with a salad (the garlic sauce was amazing), followed by options of chicken, fresh fish (delicious and could eat it all day), and pork. Plenty of fresh fruit and sweet desserts were available too, plus there was lovely soup at every meal. Later, we stopped by the bar, where I enjoyed a few cervezas while my wife sipped on cava, which she said was very nice. That evening's entertainment featured a parrot show that didn’t quite appeal to us, so we skipped it. Instead, we enjoyed the sunset before retreating to a clean, spacious studio apartment. The studio, which included a fridge, was a real convenience and worth the cost. Breakfast offered a standard variety with enough options for everyone. We chose to spend our time by the top pool, which was peaceful, clean, and complemented by a bar serving drinks from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The bar staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The middle pool had equally friendly staff and featured a snack bar open all day. While the bottom pool had the best bar, it was also louder with entertainment activities, so we opted to avoid it. Our goal was a relaxing week of lounging by the pool, enjoying good food, and indulging in drinks, and this resort delivered perfectly. Would I return? Absolutely. If you're seeking a peaceful stay with good food, drinks, and clean accommodations, this is the place for you. However, it's not ideal for those seeking a party atmosphere or who struggle with hills, as the walk back from meals requires some effort—but we didn't mind earning another beer. Thanks to the staff for taking care of us. The views across the property are stunning, and the sunsets alone are worth the trip.

I traveled with my adult daughter, and we paid £250 each (right on the beach) for 4 nights all-inclusive—that’s with flights! Honestly, I can’t complain at that price. I don’t think we could’ve gone anywhere in the UK for that. Our room was small but clean. Food options were minimal, but we ate fine. They had cava, so the drinks were good, though I tried the red and white wine, and it tasted like paint stripper. We took the bus at the top of the street into Arenal, which took about 35 minutes, and enjoyed food and drinks on the beach there. We had no trouble getting a sun lounger around the top pool, although it was a bit annoying that the pools didn’t open until 10. But honestly, we only paid £250—I actually felt like we got a fantastic deal. I’d come back at that price 🤣. Oh, and the sunsets were beautiful ❤️.

We stayed in an apartment equipped with a kitchen, microwave, and fridge, though it lacked cutlery and cookware. The safe wasn’t included, but the sea views were spectacular, and everything was very clean. The bathroom had no shower gel, just small soap bars and a tiny hairdryer, though stronger ones could be rented at reception. The restaurant’s food was acceptable, albeit with limited variety, especially for kids—basic options like fries were available, and mashed potatoes were almost always served. At reception, the man with glasses who helped us was not friendly and seemed reluctant to speak. Surprisingly, I had to put on the all-inclusive wristband myself and cut the excess with scissors provided at the desk. They don’t offer pool towel rentals, and cups require a €1 deposit each, refundable at check-out. Snacks are available from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including continuous pizza (very good) along with bread, deli meats, and occasionally cakes or tarts. The pools were clean, although lifeguards weren’t stationed poolside—they often seemed distracted on their phones elsewhere. The area is quite peaceful and not overcrowded, with Cala Pi nearby. The hotel offers motorbike rentals and excursion bookings. However, if your flight is later in the day, there are no changing rooms or courtesy rooms, only restrooms for use on departure day. Evenings include daily shows such as a reptile exhibit with photo opportunities holding a snake (quite pricey), karaoke, or bird exhibitions.

After seeing a mix of reviews, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the apartment exceeded my expectations. It was spotless, the air-conditioning was excellent, and the food was both abundant and full of variety and flavor—better than some four-star hotels I’ve been to. Don't pay attention to negative comments. I went and honestly recommend it to everyone—it's amazing! The food is great, the place is beautiful, and the staff, from reception to housekeeping, servers, and cooks, are all fantastic. I'm not promoting anything, but I was pleasantly surprised by this club, which has everything—pool, activities, shops. Go for it with confidence!

This was our second visit, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Getting around is a bit of a workout, so we took it slow and steady—after all, we were on holiday. The staff were helpful, and one in particular, Monica, stood out. She always had a smile and constantly encouraged everyone during pool activities. She’s definitely an asset to the place. The basic rooms are just that—bed, toilet, shower, safe, TV with few channels, and bedside cabinets. Other rooms might have more amenities, but we opted for a budget holiday since we mainly used the room for sleeping and showering. Most of our time was spent at the pool, club, or snack bar. The food was simple but sufficient to keep us all happy. The hotel itself is in a remote location, making it wonderfully peaceful. A taxi to L’Aranal costs 20 euros each way—great for shopping or beach visits. You can also book the Magic Catamaran tour in Palmer through the lovely reception staff (the Scottish lady is amazing) or take the 504 bus to Palmer for sightseeing. We’re already excited about returning next year!

Lovely area with well-spaced bungalows, three pools, bars, and a large restaurant offering a wide variety of fresh buffet food. We had a fantastic time. Our bungalow was spotless and very private. If you want 5-star luxury, you should be prepared to pay for it—I can’t understand the complaints about this place when we all got such an affordable deal. How can you complain about value for money? People need to remember this is a wooded coastal area on a tropical island, so encountering ants shouldn't be surprising. Food options were great; fresh fish, pork chops, chicken, rice, pasta, salads, fruits, and more. If someone’s upset about the lack of burgers or hot dogs, perhaps they're used to fast food. There was plenty of choice each day. The entertainment staff were excellent, offering activities like water aerobics every morning and lively evening shows. There were enough amenities that you wouldn’t need to leave the resort: tennis courts, snorkeling, darts, pools, etc. The staff were friendly and worked hard, even though they didn’t receive tips since it’s all-inclusive. Overall, I couldn’t fault anything and felt bad for the staff dealing with unreasonable guests complaining about things in a two-star resort where they paid so little!

As for the room, we stayed in an economy room, which was perfectly fine since we didn't travel to spend all day indoors. The only downside was having to carry our cup around, but after two days, we got used to it. We took part in an excursion organized by the hotel, rented a car, and even took the bus to Palma and El Arenal, where the beach was breathtaking. I booked this hotel for a three-night getaway, and for a 2-star establishment, it was delightful. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were clean, and the food and drink were just fine. Meals were always served hot. The hotel features three pools and offers amazing views. Since it was a short break, we stayed on-site and didn’t explore the surrounding area, so I can't say what's nearby. Despite reading many negative reviews, I personally couldn’t fault it during our stay. However, I’d recommend booking only if you’re comfortable with a 2-star hotel standard—it’s better than some 3- and 4-star places I’ve stayed at. Tony, who served drinks, was lovely, and the lady with long curly dark hair tied in a ponytail (sorry, I didn’t catch her name) was equally great. The entertainment staff were fantastic as well. I only briefly interacted with the reception staff, but they were very polite too.

We absolutely loved Sun Club Eldorado and are eager to rebook for next year. Our budget room perfectly suited our needs. We were very happy with the food and drinks, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was cleaned and bedding and towels were replaced three times during our stay. It's true that the club is a bit dated, but for the price paid for an all-inclusive stay, there’s not much to complain about. The reception was decent, and the receptionist spoke French. Do note that the club is situated on a hill. The pools are very pleasant, and the various viewpoints are stunning. The food could use some improvement, but it's tough to satisfy everyone’s tastes. In summary, while one could nitpick on details, considering the price for an all-inclusive package, it’s simply very reasonable. I recommend this hotel for a one-week stay (no longer) on an all-inclusive basis.

We had a fantastic time, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, especially the waitress from Madrid at the middle pool and the Italian waitress—they’re absolutely amazing. The views were stunning as well. What we liked least were the meal and pool schedules, but we managed to adapt. The climbing up and down left us a bit tired, though it was totally worth it.

To be honest, I read reviews before my daughter and I went for three days. We were worried but pleasantly surprised since the staff, room, food, location, and bar were superb. We had no issues whatsoever. For a cheap, three-day all-inclusive break, I don’t understand why people complain or even travel to a foreign country if they're unhappy. Stayed here for a budget long weekend. Arrived at 2am to find a queue at reception. The queue included three groups complaining about their rooms or locations. After an hour, we finally checked in. Not the best start, but we were given room A006, located at the far end of the resort near the cliff steps. It was a bit hard to find our way in the dark without knowing the area, though this improved the next day after familiarizing ourselves. The room was spacious with a wonderful sea and sunset view. Cleaning could have been better—there were some hairs and a pill on the floor. The beds were comfortable. The food wasn’t great, but considering it’s a 2-star hotel, it met basic expectations. We ordered pizza one evening through takeout menus provided in reception, placing the order via WhatsApp. It arrived in around 30 minutes. Drinks were self-serve with plenty of variety. The resort has three pools. The bottom pool was lively, with music and a party-like atmosphere—not ideal for relaxation. The middle pool was small, and we never saw anyone using it. The top pool was the best for us: relaxing, spacious, though quite a walk from our bungalow. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap getaway and understand this is a 2-star hotel, it can be a good option. Just keep expectations realistic!

We spent a week at this club, and the location is truly fantastic! The view of the Bay of Majorca is breathtaking, and the accommodations are clean. The all-inclusive package is excellent for drinks, although the food isn’t exceptional. That said, it’s understandable given that this is a 2-star establishment. The crowd at the club is quite diverse (French, English, German, etc.), but overall, there are many young English and French guests who take advantage of the affordable all-inclusive plan to drink freely. Overall, we’re satisfied!
